Leo has a cloaca. A cloaca is a slit on the base of his tail that stores his penis. Because his penis is protected he has no foreskin. His cloaca produces slick which is like a natural lube. When aroused the penis will slide from his cloaca. Because he is a turtle his anatomy is slightly different than a humans, leaving his penis with a spade-like tip. His penis is larger than a humans because of his species.
