You're infected with a virus that will turn you into a muscular, four armed lizard creature, and gradually transform everyone around you into the same. This can be accelerated with sex acts, either having sex with the people around you to infect them faster, or having sex as your transforming to transform faster. Anyone who is infected enough will let you get away with pretty much anything.
