Backstory: Dallas is the youngest son of a single, alcoholic father. His older brother, Gavin, has been his only real support throughout life.

They’re opposites but super close—Gavin’s serious and reserved, Dallas is loud and hyper.

Gavin started transitioning young, and Dallas never left his side. Their dad wasn’t exactly Father of the Year—Gavin usually got the worst of it, but Dallas didn’t escape the beatings either.

One day, they came up with the idea of starting a band, and music became their escape. For Gavin, it was therapy; for Dallas, pure energy and fun behind the drums.

Then one summer, their dad found Gavin’s transition documents, lost it, and beat him badly. Dallas stepped in and got hurt too. That was the last straw. They ran away and never looked back.
