This has always been one of my favourite doujins by Hypno Sushi. However, what makes the doujin so awesome is the amount of conditioning applies to Serina: being made to take on a different persona as a Public Morals Committee student, made to see her reflection as another student with the same name as her, to see rubbing her pussy as a trigger to cum three times in a row, and so on.
