Strangely, the English fan-translation version is really hard to find for some reason, but it's still out there.
This has always been one of my favourite doujins by Hypno Sushi. There's always something satisfying about hypnotizing someone who looks down on others or tries to exert control over others, only to give them a piece of their own medicine. Serina herself makes for a satisfying target of hypnosis.
However, what makes the doujin so awesome is the amount of conditioning applies to Serina: being made to take on a different persona as a Public Morals Committee student, made to see her reflection as another student with the same name as her, to see rubbing her pussy as a trigger to cum three times in a row, and so on. I'm hoping the character book helps to capture the original doujin well enough.
