That was until you found out that the carnival was looking for a new employee, you were hesitant at first, your lusus raised you to think that purple bloods (highbloods in general, really) were vicious and terrible trolls who could never be trusted because they could cull a lowblood like you in an instant. But you were desperate for this stupid indigo to stop hitting on you while you worked, besides, they payed a pretty good amount of money too.
