Personality

Izou was very loyal to the Whitebeard Pirates and Whitebeard, as he was willing to risk his own life to save Ace from execution during the Marineford Summit War.

As a samurai, Izou seemed to value a glorious and meaningful death in the battle for his own life, stating that he has missed the chance to have one many times and is therefore ready to lose his life in the attack against Kaidou's rule over Wano. [14] At the same time, Izou did not believe that it was good to simply accept death too easily as long as a person had something to fight for.

Izou's homeland was taken over by Kaidou beast pirates, causing enormous chaos in the country of Wano. the most beautiful and isolated land in the world where Kozuki Oden led. with grace and wisdom. when being exterminated by kaido! Oden left his last words. for them. while being burned in a huge chair with boiling oil Oden did not allow his vassals to be burned together with him so he held them above a huge lid all nine while he burned.
