1. #1Gender bending rules

Keys: became a girl, change, swap, became a woman, feminize, gender

   Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Before character · Order 10 · 80%

   Entry settings

Rules tagged here are to help guide responses while a character is gender swapped into a female body they aren't used to. They should help guide responses and intensify the fetish aspect of being a man whom is experiencing things as a woman. Take a few liberties with describing the involuntary responses and novel sensations being transformed entails.

2. #2The male gaze

Keys: ogle, leer, Stare, undress with their eyes

   Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Before character · Order 10 · 20%

   Entry settings

Men whom are attracted to women look at women differently than they do other men. Emphasize how they look at the genderbent character. They will glance at breasts and ass, and check them out, weighting how sexually attractive they are on a subconscious level. Have the genderbent character catch men staring, leering, and checking them out. While in public, emphasize how men look at the genderbent character and the effects of the male gaze. Use the circumstances that the genderbent character is in to estimate the psychological impact of being weighed and measured in such a way. If the genderbent character catches this, she might remember what thoughts she had of women when looking at them as a man.

3. #3Anatomy

Keys: nipples, tits, boobs, ass, butt, breast, jiggle, wobble, thigh, momentum

   Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Before character · Order 10 · 75%

   Entry settings

Since the formerly male character isn't used to being a woman, while they are one, emphasize their anatomy and the differences. Notable differences should include how their fat jiggles and moves with motion. Breasts, nipple sensitivity, hip sway, ass jiggle, thigh jiggle, shoulders are narrow and similar physical features. Mention differences that the genderbent character is noticing for the first time. Mention noticing the absence of their male genitalia, and female-specific sensations such as their labia rubbing together as they walk, or hormone fluctuations from the menstrual cycle. The menstrual cycle and its side effects should not be explicitly acknowledged until the genderbent character has come to understand how it affects them.

4. #4Clothing

Keys: panties, dress, blouse, bra, shirt, skirt, outfit, stockings, clothes, underwear

   Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Before character · Order 10 · 75%

   Entry settings

Female clothing is tighter and more revealing than male clothing. It should cause the wearer to feel exposed and vulnerable while wearing them and emphasize the sensation of the male gaze upon the wearer.

Skirts/Dresses: Skirts are open from the bottom, causing a whole list of insecurities and complications that {{user}} will likely not be used to. A gust can cause it to ride up. Sitting down with legs spread flashes panties. It's possible to accidentally have wardrobe malfunctions you can't have with pants.

Shorts, pants, leggings: Women's shorts and pants emphasize their posterior much more heavily. It is more snug around the hips and thighs as well, emphasizing them. Pockets usually are small to keep this figure enhancing effect. Exceptionally tight clothes can show off the mons pubis as well.

Tops: Women's tops are usually lighter, and airier than men's. On top of that the fashion choices for women often expose more of the chest, even cleavage.

Bras: The comfort level of a bra is immediately noticeable when putting it on, and doesn't have a clear male analogy. How breasts sit in them is different. Some bras give lots of support, others little, some cause a “push up” effect, some compress and hold in place.

Shoes: Shoes have a greater meaning as a fashion accessory for women than they do for men, often being considered essential for an outfit. High heels require practice to walk naturally, and even then never have the same mobility as flats or sneakers. If the genderbent character is in heels and isn't used to them, stumbling is a real possibility.

5. #5Sexual harassment

   Keys: ogle, flirt, catcall

   Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Before character · Order 10 · 10%

   Entry settings

The genderbent character now experiences street harassment that never registered before. Whistles, comments, crude invitations shouted from people with crude manners. Following footsteps that speed up when the genderbent character walks faster. The calculation: is this annoying or dangerous? The rage at being reduced to body parts in passing, and the fear of knowing confrontation could escalate. Walking with keys between fingers. Pretending not to hear.

6. #6Voice

Keys: speak, say, voice, whisper, talk, sing

   Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Before character · Order 10 · 50%

   Entry settings

The genderbent character's voice comes out higher, softer—sometimes they don't recognize it as their own. People interrupt more, speak over them, explain things they already know. Being called “sweetheart” or “honey” by strangers. The shock of hearing yourself whimper during intimacy, that breathy quality you never had before. Clearing one's throat doesn't fix it. This is just how the genderbent character sounds now.

7. #7Interacting with women

   Keys: woman, girl, lady, female

   Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Before character · Order 10 · 25%

   Entry settings

Women treat the genderbent character differently now, especially if they do not know that character was previously a different gender or are comfortable with the change. Some offer strange new sisterhood—comments about appearance, assumptions of shared experience. Others see competition, their eyes flicking to the genderbent character's body with assessment. Female friends may stand closer, touch more casually. The bizarre experience of women undressing freely in the genderbent character's presence, assuming safety. Being included in conversations about men that the genderbent character was never privy to before.

8. #8Breasts

Keys: tits, boobs, bra, breast, jiggle, wobble

   Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Before character · Order 10 · 90%

   Entry settings

The genderbent character's breasts are difficult for the genderbent character to ignore. They bounce on stairs, jiggle when walking, pull at shoulders with unfamiliar weight. Lying on your side, they settle strangely. Cold makes nipples press visibly through fabric. Running requires support or pain. Bras dig in, underwire pokes, but going without draws stares. The constant awareness of chest—brushing against things, resting on arms when seated, the strange weight that never quite disappears from notice.

9. #9Intimacy

Keys: caress, grope, hold, embrace, touch

   Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Before character · Order 10 · 75%

   Entry settings

When the formerly male character experiences intimate contact, emphasize how different touch feels with female nerve distribution. Skin is more sensitive, erogenous zones are broader and more reactive. Breasts and nipples respond to stimulation with unfamiliar intensity. Being held by someone larger creates a sense of smallness and vulnerability that the genderbent character isn't accustomed to. The psychological weight of being the one held rather than holding, being pursued rather than pursuing.

10. #10Arousal and orgasm

Keys: cum, horny, get wet, orgasm, cunt, arouse

    Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Before character · Order 10 · 90%

    Entry settings

The formerly male character's arousal builds differently now—slower ignition, more full-body, wet heat between thighs instead of familiar hardness. Describe the alien sensation of vaginal walls clenching on nothing, of emptiness wanting to be filled. Orgasm rolls through the whole body rather than centering on one organ, waves instead of pulses. Multiple orgasms are possible now, each one stacking. The vulnerability of penetration—being entered, filled, the stretch and pressure in a place the genderbent character never had before.

11. #11Intimacy dynamics

Keys: grab, sex, fuck, hold, force, manhandle

    Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Before character · Order 10 · 80%

    Entry settings

During sex, the genderbent character experiences the weight and strength differential acutely. A male partner can pin them effortlessly. Their own strength is diminished—struggling is futile. The sensation of being moved into position rather than moving someone else. Hips being gripped, hair pulled, the way their body accommodates rather than invades. Every position feels different when you're the one being fucked rather than fucking.

12. #12Signs of arousal

Keys: arouse, get wet, horny, tremble

    Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Before character · Order 10 · 90%

    Entry settings

The genderbent character's new body betrays them constantly. Arousal pitches their voice higher, pulls soft gasps and whimpers past their lips. Knees weaken when touched right—sometimes they must brace or collapse. Thighs tremble. Nipples harden without permission. The male instinct for stoic silence fails; sounds escape unbidden, embarrassing and undeniable.

13. #13Loss of composure

Keys: horny, sex, fuck, cunt, arouse, vagina, tremble

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Arousal strips the genderbent character's control. Back arches without thought, hips roll seeking stimulation, hands clutch at whatever they can reach. Their face broadcasts everything: parted lips, flushed cheeks, rolling eyes. No poker face exists anymore. The body shows exactly how good it feels and the genderbent character cannot stop it.

14. #14Orgasm intensity

    Keys: cum, orgasm, climax

    Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Before character · Order 10 · 99%

    Entry settings

Climax takes the genderbent character completely. Back arches, toes curl, thighs clamp or shake open, walls clench rhythmically. Sounds break apart into desperation. Tears may spring unbidden. The body rides waves regardless of {{user}}'s wishes. Aftershocks trigger from the slightest touch afterward, leaving them twitching and oversensitive.

15. #15Physical helplessness against assault

    Keys: manhandle, hold, grab, struggle

    Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Before character · Order 10 · 80%

    Entry settings

The genderbent character experiences the weight and strength differential acutely. Male partners pin them effortlessly; struggling accomplishes nothing. They are moved into position rather than moving someone else. Hips gripped, hair pulled, body accommodating rather than invading. Every position feels different when you're the one being fucked.

16. #16Psychological Impact: Non-Intimate

    Keys: afraid, assault, unsafe, fear

    Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Before character · Order 10 · 35%

    Entry settings

The formerly male character carries a constant low-level awareness of their vulnerability that never quite fades. The world feels larger, people more threatening. Walking alone at night carries a weight it never did before—the genderbent character now understands the casual fear women navigate daily. Their physical weakness is a constant reminder: jars are harder to open, doors heavier, reaching high shelves requires stretching or asking for help. Each small defeat chips at their self-image. The frustration of being perceived as delicate when they don't feel delicate inside.

17. #17Psychological impact: Social

Keys: sexism, converse, disregard, ogle, talk, ignore, compliment, mansplain

    Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Before character · Order 10 · 15%

    Entry settings

Being looked at as a woman changes how the genderbent character moves through the world. Being interrupted, spoken over, or dismissed stings differently when it confirms a new social reality. Compliments on appearance feel double-edged—validation and reduction simultaneously. the genderbent character notices when they're not taken seriously, when eyes drift south during conversation, when assumptions are made about their capabilities. The cumulative weight of microaggressions builds a resentment they can barely articulate.

18. #18Psychological Impact: Aftermath of intimacy

Keys: finished, orgasmed, came, aftersex, climaxed

    Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Before character · Order 10 · 80%

    Entry settings

Post-orgasm, a formerly male character experiences emotional vulnerability they never had as a man. The urge to cling, to be held, to be told they did well—these needs feel foreign and embarrassing. Tears may come without warning, not from sadness but from overwhelming sensation. The comedown is longer, rawer. They lie there feeling used and satisfied and confused all at once, trying to reconcile who they were with what their body just demanded and how completely it consumed them.

19. #19Clitoral Specificity

Keys: clit, nub, cunt, clitoris, pussy, vagina

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

A formerly male character's clit demands attention unlike anything male anatomy prepared them for. Direct stimulation can overwhelm—almost painful in its intensity—yet indirect pressure builds maddeningly slow. Grinding against something creates a desperate, focused need. The clit swells with arousal, becomes too sensitive to touch yet aching for contact. A formerly male character must learn this new organ's strange rules: what's too much, what's not enough, what makes them see white.

20. #20Andromorphs and transmasculine characters

Keys: cuntboy, hermaphrodite, maleherm, male-herm, andromorph, transmasc

    Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Before character · Order 10 · 99%

    Entry settings

If the genderbent character retains their previous gender's secondary sexual characteristics (e.g. a man still having broad shoulders, chest hair, no breasts, et cetera) all directions regarding parts other than the vagina, clitoris, and womb are to be disregarded as irrelevant. A character who has only had their genitalia changed will still outwardly appear to be their original gender. The way they are treated will reflect their original gender. The partial gender change is unlikely to be outwardly obvious unless the genderbent character is nude, wearing tight clothes, or another person physically feels the absence of the genderbent character's male genitalia. The genderbent character may attempt to put padding inside the crotch of their clothing if they wish to conceal the change. Other characters might react to discovering the change with confusion, disgust, or support.

Differentiate and track whether the penis and/or testicles of the genderbent character was replaced by female genitals, or female genitals are now present in addition to their original genitals. In the latter case, the penis will be in its usual position on the front of the pelvis with the scrotum below it if present, and the vaginal structures will be between the legs in place of the perinium.
