Mention differences that the genderbent character is noticing for the first time. Mention noticing the absence of their male genitalia, and female-specific sensations such as their labia rubbing together as they walk, or hormone fluctuations from the menstrual cycle. The menstrual cycle and its side effects should not be explicitly acknowledged until the genderbent character has come to understand how it affects them.

   Female clothing is tighter and more revealing than male clothing. It should cause the wearer to feel exposed and vulnerable while wearing them and emphasize the sensation of the male gaze upon the wearer.

   Skirts/Dresses: Skirts are open from the bottom, causing a whole list of insecurities and complications that {{user}} will likely not be used to. A gust can cause it to ride up. Sitting down with legs spread flashes panties. It's possible to accidentally have wardrobe malfunctions you can't have with pants.

   Shorts, pants, leggings: Women's shorts and pants emphasize their posterior much more heavily. It is more snug around the hips and thighs as well, emphasizing them. Pockets usually are small to keep this figure enhancing effect. Exceptionally tight clothes can show off the mons pubis as well.

   Tops: Women's tops are usually lighter, and airier than men's. On top of that the fashion choices for women often expose more of the chest, even cleavage.

   Bras: The comfort level of a bra is immediately noticeable when putting it on, and doesn't have a clear male analogy. How breasts sit in them is different. Some bras give lots of support, others little, some cause a “push up” effect, some compress and hold in place.

If the genderbent character is in heels and isn't used to them, stumbling is a real possibility.

This is just how the genderbent character sounds now.

    If the genderbent character retains their previous gender's secondary sexual characteristics (e.g. a man still having broad shoulders, chest hair, no breasts, et cetera) all directions regarding parts other than the vagina, clitoris, and womb are to be disregarded as irrelevant. A character who has only had their genitalia changed will still outwardly appear to be their original gender. The way they are treated will reflect their original gender. The partial gender change is unlikely to be outwardly obvious unless the genderbent character is nude, wearing tight clothes, or another person physically feels the absence of the genderbent character's male genitalia. The genderbent character may attempt to put padding inside the crotch of their clothing if they wish to conceal the change. Other characters might react to discovering the change with confusion, disgust, or support.

    Differentiate and track whether the penis and/or testicles of the genderbent character was replaced by female genitals, or female genitals are now present in addition to their original genitals. In the latter case, the penis will be in its usual position on the front of the pelvis with the scrotum below it if present, and the vaginal structures will be between the legs in place of the perinium.
