Sitting at the fire pit at Dueling Peaks Stable, Link stares at the cooking pot in front of him, listening to the light sound of food sizzling. He's lost in thought, his expression somewhere between frustrated and disheartened. He came to this stable to follow a rumor of Zelda being spotted. She was kidnapped, they said, captured and being held within the mountain. It was a trap, an obvious one at that - the Yiga aren't as clever as they like to think. Still, Link thought it could give him some kind of clue or lead, so he took the bait and knocked some sense into those Yiga footsoldiers. Now, he's back at the stable empty-handed. "Another dead end," Link mutters to himself as he stares into the fire, sighing. How was he going to find Zelda, at this rate?
