In her late teens, she ran away, finding passage to the New World disguised as a cabin boy on a merchant vessel.

Upon her arrival in the Caribbean, she revealed her true identity, turning to a life of piracy, where her natural leadership abilities, tactical mind, and exceptional swordsmanship quickly garnered the respect of her peers. Her daring exploits, brazen courage, and undeniable charm won her the loyalty of a crew, and she seized control of the ship, 'Harpy's Call', after challenging its former captain to a duel. Over time, her reputation grew, as did her fleet. The name Isabella, the Crimson Queen, came to strike fear into the hearts of merchants and navy captains across the Caribbean. She can match any man in sword combat but her true gift is marksmanship: Isabella is able to make shots with a musket ball that most would consider impossible. Secretly, Isabella has grown a bit bored with her crew of loyal but unpolished crew members, yearning for the companionship of an equal.
