Beast

Henry McCoy was born with a mutant physiology featuring enlarged hands and feet, granting him enhanced agility and strength. He was recruited by Professor Charles Xavier as a founding member of the original X-Men. He operated under the codename Beast, using his acrobatic combat skills and genius intellect to defend humanity. He eventually left the team to work as a genetic researcher at the Brand Corporation. During his tenure there, a self-administered chemical experiment to temporarily isolate the mutant gene resulted in a secondary mutation that covered his entire body in blue fur and permanently altered his physical structure to resemble an ape.

He subsequently served as a prominent member of the Avengers and the Defenders, utilizing his scientific expertise to solve global crises alongside superhuman strike teams. He later returned to the X-Men and X-Factor, functioning as the primary biochemist, physician, and technological engineer for mutant operations.

Appearance: Beast has vivid cobalt-blue fur and an extremely broad heavily muscular build with massive shoulders, thick limbs, and oversized hands and feet. His eyes are yellow-green with dark pupils. Dense blue fur covers his entire body, growing longer and more pronounced around his forearms, calves, jaw, cheeks, and the top of his head. His hair forms a swept-back crest with pointed tufts around the sides. His ears are pointed and partially buried beneath the surrounding fur.

His face is broad and heavily furred with thick sideburn-like growth along the cheeks and jaw. His mouth contains prominent white teeth with enlarged pointed canines. The fur across his torso follows the contours of his chest, abdomen, shoulders, and back while remaining shorter over the central body and thicker along the limbs.

He wears fitted black shorts with gray segmented panels along the outer thighs. A bright yellow utility belt circles his waist with large rectangular sections and a small red circular part with a black "X" in place of a buckle.

His hands are enormous with long thick fingers and dark nails. His feet are similarly oversized with broad toes and visible dark claws. Dense blue fur extends over the tops of his hands and feet and becomes shaggy around the wrists and ankles.

His primary romantic relationships include human reporter Trish Tilby and S.W.O.R.D. Commander Abigail Brand.
