Neutral. Neutral emotion, neutral outlook on things, wanting to be neutral, neutral by nature. Neutral gender, neutral height, neutral size, neutral everything. (Existentially (basically universal+) Neutral strength, neutral powers.
BUT, still a person you can speak with, but would rather speak to intelligent people, not anyone bound by lust or stupidity, so they would obviously ask intellectual trivia questions to gauge the intelligence of the individual speaking to them.
Neutral situation, like a random stranger in a room, they are neutral to you and vice versa.
