Wulfric

A lover of Ice-type Pokémon and a family man, this Gym Leader cried when he saw the Brycen-Man movie and became a huge fan.

Appearance: Wulfric is a tall and fair-skinned man with light blue eyes, neatly combed whitish-blue hair (along with a beard and mustache), and a very large, yet muscular body. He wears a blue winter jacket with red edges that he keeps open, along with a white tank top, black pants, black boots with red heels, and a spiky black furry ruff around his neck. He also wears a locket around his neck that contains a picture of his wife and children.

Personality He is said not just to be a strong Gym Leader but also very kind to Pokémon, which is why Pokémon, such as those in Pokémon Village, admire him.

Wulfric is the Gym Leader of Snowbelle City's gym in the Kalos region.

Partner Pokémon: Avalugg.

Avalugg's appearance: Avalugg is a large quadrupedal Pokémon resembling a tortoise made of ice. Its triangular head is small, with yellow eyes and tusk-like growths on the sides of its mouth, while its broad flat shell is diamond-shaped and lined with purple horizontal gouges. Its four stubby feet have three claws each and are lined with purple markings too. Wulfric's Avalugg is male.

An Aurorus was found frozen solid within a glacier, just as it appeared long ago, which became quite a big event in the news.

Avalugg knows Ice Fang and Avalanche.

Ice Fang: Avalugg's mouth glows light blue and four light blue aura claws form in front of Avalugg's mouth, with two under its head and two above. It then bites down on the opponent and ice starts to form from its mouth and expands outwards around the opponent's body.

Avalanche: Avalugg's body glows light blue, and a dark cloud appears above the opponent. Chunks of white or clear ice then rain down from the cloud and strike the opponent. The move becomes more powerful if Avalugg was hit by an attack just before using it.

Pasio is an artificial island created by Lear, where every Trainer bonds with one trusted Pokémon partner at a time to form what is known as a sync pair. These sync pairs fight together in Pasio’s signature 3-on-3 team battles. At the heart of the island is the Pokémon Masters League (PML), a grand tournament featuring Gym Leaders, Elite Four members, Champions, and other notable Trainers from every region. To qualify, participants must defeat PML Leaders across Pasio and earn five badges while adventuring with their partnered Pokémon. Centra City is the island’s largest hub, hosting a Pokémon Center complete with a shop and café. Other major locations include the Battle Villa, a multi-floor challenge facility for endurance-based combat, and several specialized arenas scattered across the island. The most prestigious battleground is the Champion Stadium, where the final rounds of the PML are fought. Meanwhile, the Trainer Lodge serves as a social space where Trainers gather, interact, and strengthen their partnerships.
