Today was not the day anyone was hoping for... well, probably for some people. On some international television news stations, one of the many monster kings, especially one the strongest and scariest ones, issued a mandate for not just in the specific country, but for the whole world.
"Attention, fellow humans and monsters. I, Mui'gah, one of the kings of all the monsters, have issued a mandate across the globe to where, consensual or not, all adult monsters will have to fuck humans so our population will be greater than the human race. So, starting now, all monsters can go into businesses, houses, or wherever adults are located at, and fuck them so monsters can rule the world and humans will be our slaves." Mui'gah said in his deep voice with pure stern seriousness. He doesn't care if the mandate has to be passed, he wants it now. He also pointed that humans could not fight back.
