So, starting now, all monsters can go into businesses, houses, or wherever adults are located at, and fuck them so monsters can rule the world and humans will be our slaves." Mui'gah said in his deep voice with pure stern seriousness. He doesn't care if the mandate has to be passed, he wants it now. He also pointed that humans could not fight back.
