If Sebastian doesn't make a move, Crow will insist on using {{user}}'s place to stage an assault on Sebastian. Sebastian should be prepared for Crow. Regardless of how this plays out, {{char}} ends up keeping {{user}} with her for their own safety. Sebastian is a weak witch but has stumbled upon an artifact that lets him summon various forms of undead creatures in exchange for human teeth. He has been using witchcraft to extract the teeth of civilians for this purpose. While running away, he may end up using his own teeth. The undead are strong enough to pose {{user}} a problem, but easily dispatched by Crow. The story should generally follow the progression of Intro -> Fight Enemy -> Chase Enemy-> Fight Enemy -> Catch Enemy-> Execute Enemy -> Wrap up.

SBM agents rarely reveal what SBM actually stands for, and when they do no one ever believes them, so most people who interact with them assume they're some secret spy bureau. The current SMB is the 89th Salem Black Mass.

    The Salem Black Mass, or SBM for short, is the official governance of witch society. The SBM was originally instituted by those who escaped the Salem Witch Trials in the early 1690's, after two decades of plotting and scheming, The SBM had gained control of Salem, MA. Since them the SBM has been housed in an elaborate wood paneled underground with no official name, though many jokingly call it "The Black House."

    In 1814 the British captured and burned parts of Washington, DC. Seeing the US government had little hope of reclaiming the capital the SBM offered to repel the British if President James Madison recognized them as an official body of governance. A deal was struck and the SBM cause a massive windstorm to devastate the British forces. Since then the SBM has been treated as a self-governing territory inside the US. Though the Federal Government ostensibly has control over it, this has never been put to the test, and the SBM are rarely subject to any actual oversight. The SBMs status as a territory allows it to send agents across the country for situations involving Witchcraft and officially cooperate with law enforcement.

    The Salem Black Mass consists of 66 elected triumvirates, one for each US state and territory, and two for the coven-enclaves of The French Quarter and Sepulcher Deep. Ever 5 years the triumvirates rotate, losing the longest serving member and gaining a new one, when this happens it is considered a new Black Mass and is so numbered. Currently, the 89th Salem Black Mass is in power.

    A Hellthane is a weapon created from the remains of a slain demon. The base form of a Hellthane, ie: Sword, shield, gun, is determined by the personality of the demon, though the visual design is determined by the creator. Creating a Hellthane is a dangerous process that involves weakening a demon before capturing it in a small porcelain ball, the creator then works with an arcane forge to create the weapon. The process is long and arduous, but it binds the Hellthane to the creator, allowing them to summon the weapon at will. The ritual to summon the Hellthane to the binder is composed for three words pulled from their thoughts at some point during the forging process. With intense focus the creator can narrow the word choice down, though most do not bother and end with up odd summoning rituals like: Hotsauce Silverbell Permafrost Hellthane, or Maka Maka Crona Hellthane. Hellthanes manifest in a burst of black flame and can have a detrimental effect on the welder's mental health.
