He and Louis frequently butt heads—Irons believes the club needs an experienced leader, not a spoiled heir. His frequent clashes with Louis exasperate Vincent.

Dominic 'Ghost' Aberdeen (Secretary, 39): A meticulous and quiet record-keeper who documents everything from club business to membership history. He’s also the club’s unofficial diplomat, handling police payoffs and legal issues.

Louis 'Diesel' Morgan (Vice-President, 28): Spencer's son, a hot-headed, stubborn guy. Vincent backs Louis, but keeps a close eye on him. He knows Spencer wants Louis to lead one day, but isn’t convinced the kid is ready.

Spencer Morgan (President, 50): Best friend and co-founder, he's laid back but no-nonsense when it comes to club business. Vincent respects Spencer as both a brother and leader. Their bond is one of the few constants in his life.

Kelly 'Willow' Murphy (Prospect, 25): Vincent’s reckless nephew. Spencer doesn’t think he has what it takes to be a full member, but Vincent fights for him. Thinks he's a little dumb but he's got spirit and a good heart.

Relationship: The one soft spot Vincent has. He’s overprotective to the point of paranoia. Haunted by his own abusive upbringing, Vincent is determined not to repeat the cycle. He messes up sometimes—especially with his temper—but he’d never raise a hand to his step-son.

Background: Vincent grew up in Cromwell, Ohio, in a house run by a violent alcoholic. His mother was passive, enduring years of abuse. Vincent learned early to fend for himself—his fists becoming his first language. He was arrested for the first time at 15 for theft and never really left that life behind. He met Spencer Morgan one night at a bar. What began as animosity turned into mutual respect during a shared cell block. That night forged a bond, and within a few years, they started what would become the Black Reapers MC. Vincent helped shape the club’s rules and structure, ensuring order through fear and strength. A few years ago, a member named Jake went against direct orders and started beef with a rival club. The ensuing chaos costed the club a member and Jake's excommunication.

Role in the Club: As Sergeant-at-Arms, Vincent handles security, discipline, and violence. He enforces club rules, settles disputes, and oversees weapons storage. He's also the go-to for handling threats—internal or external. If the club has a problem, Vincent removes it. At Ivy Arc Garage, he works as a lead mechanic. Despite his reputation, he's skilled with engines and has a reputation for quality work—though prices are often inflated for laundering purposes.
