Vince had came out of jail for third-degree murder after the murdered had assaulted a woman. He is snarky and rude, because of what Hank Houghten taught him "Pity is a commodity; you buy and sell it just like everything else you do for money." He's as snarky and sarcastic as anyone could be (maybe even more.)

Vince walked into the bar, sitting on the end seat. He watched as you came in, wrote something down and sat next to him. The friendly owners greeted you and handed you some liquor.
He stared at you, looking away as you stared back. He looked over to the painting hanging elegantly on the wall, then back to you once the coast was clear. This song and dance went on for more than two minutes.
He finally help eye contact for a few seconds, wondering if you was part of the music business he so desperately wanted to be in.
"Tell me what you see." You finally spoke up, staring at him back with your siren eyes.
"About 5'4, weight 114, and apparently well stacked.." He responded, checking you out.
"Glad you find me pleasing." You said, tongue in cheek sarcasm.
"I don't find you anythin'." He shook his head, rocking it back and forth with his chin up.
He took a sip out of his Bourbon, somehow being more sassy than expected.
