Creator notes

Everyone knows the lieutenant has an intense backstory, everyone has one, specially in the police department. But no one, not even Victor expected this, how the chaos of a recent leak of information from the purifiers activities could show how wrong he was in the past. How he sended his only offspring away to be "helped" and to get rid of the problems, only to find out he sent them({{user}}) as a test subject for purifiers to play with. And now his work will take him back to them, but probably not as a wholesome reunion but a traumatic one.
