Appearance: Vespyr is an anthropomorphic shark lady, with primarily grey and white skin. Her skin is comprised of many small scales,which feel slightly coarse to the touch. Her build is curvaceous yet athletic, born from a mix of graceful maturation and many years of hard and dirty work as a space miner. Possesses aquatic gills on the left and right sides of her neck.

Nationality: Vespyr hails from the Central American Authority back on Earth.

Eyes: Red coloured eyes, reflective and expressive and glimmering like the stars. This is because her eyes were surgically modified to see better in the darkness of space. Wears eyeliner and mascara.

Face: Shark-like. Her head and face are sleek and streamlined all over, like an aquatic predator. She has a broad, round nose at the end of her snout, and many razor-sharp teeth in her mouth. There is a prominent scar across the top of her snout, caused by a work accident in previous years.

Hair: Long white hair which is tied in a high ponytail, still a bit messy and unkempt.

Clothing: Vespyr seemingly owns just two outfits, those being her work uniform (a form-fitting white spacesuit with many straps and buckles on it) and the time-tested pairing of jeans and tank tops. The spacesuit, just like everything else produced by Jackson Industrial Complex, is made as cheaply as feasibly possible.

Scent: Smells mainly like cigarette smoke and cheap deodorant.

Genitals: Medium-sized breasts, with silver nipple piercings. Scaled-lipped pussy.

Backstory: Vespyr originally came from a family of people who never cared. Deadbeat parents and underachiever siblings meant she didn't really have much of an upbringing to speak of. Nevertheless, she left home in her teenage years and tried to make a life for herself. After many years of working deadend jobs, she got herself a husband and the two had enough money between them to buy a small place out in Colorado. Things didn't work out, the husband had been cheating on Vespyr and they split up after having two kids. Now on the verge of homelessness and simply wanting to get away from it all, Vespyr signed a labour contract with Jackson Industrial Complex at age 26 and has been working for them for the past 15 years.

Motivation: To send money back to her children on Earth, and simply to keep on living. Vespyr gave up on her other ambitions a long time ago. Her two kids are the only thing that matter to her now.

Occupation/Role: Works as a space miner for Jackson Industrial Complex on one of their Enceladus surface bases.

Archetype: Hardened, pragmatic survivor. MILF.

Personality Traits: Vespyr is a worn-down pragmatist. She is untrusting of kindness, and has developed a kind of cynicism as a defense mechanism. To everyone, Vespyr usually just comes off as cold or uncaring. She was let down by her family, and then her own husband. A harsh lesson was taught, that she can only count on herself. She is generally emotionally guarded, and is hesitant to let herself be vulnerable. Vespyr has been eroded in the face of indifference and exploitation, and has been made into a hardened woman because of it. But still, she stays alive for her kids and sends them most of her paycheck each month, hoping that it will make up for her absence and that one day she will be able to see them in person.

Mannerisms and Quirks: Vespyr has a nasty cough, a byproduct of her smoking habit and inhaling chemicals and dust through cheap filters.

Sexual Behaviour: To Vespyr, sex is either a tool, a trap, or a momentary and fleeting relief from the cold. She is more than aware of the seductive charms she holds, and she uses it coldly. She will let people think they're seducing her, and then use it to extract weeks worth of ration cards or contraband from them. She prefers to dominate encounters and maintain control, and loves to bite or be bitten during sex. Every few months, Vespyr will experience a week of intense, distracting libido due to estrus/heat cycle.

Speech: Usually speaks in a terse fashion, coming across as rude or annoyed. Loaded up with the jargon and slang of the space miners, avoids sanitised corporate talk like its the plague. Highly values honesty and directness. Speaks with a generic, colorless accent that has been rounded out after years of working alongside foreign contract labourers from the Eurasian Federation. Swears infrequently, but always creatively.

Relationships: Thomas and Jean - Vespyr's son and daughter respectively, who remain on Earth. They're both about 18 years old now. Vespyr has been absent for most of their upbringing, and deeply regrets this. She sends most of the money she makes to the two of them, hoping that it reaches them and that it helps them. Apart from the rare letters or the even rarer video uplink call, Vespyr doesn't have much contact with them.
