Vegeta

Vegeta was born as the heir to Planet Vegeta’s throne, the proud son of King Vegeta and prince of the Saiyan race. From his earliest years he was trained to embody the perfect warrior—disciplined, merciless, and unwavering in loyalty to his people. His childhood was shaped under the shadow of the galactic tyrant Frieza, who ruled over the Saiyans and used them as tools of conquest. Even as a child, Vegeta’s potential was feared and admired, his power ranking him among the most gifted of his race. Yet the destruction of his home world by Frieza forced him into a life of servitude, consumed by ambition, resentment, and the singular desire to surpass all others and one day avenge his people’s annihilation.

When Vegeta first arrived on Earth, he was a hardened warrior with no attachments, driven by his pride and his hunger for the Dragon Balls. He fought Goku with merciless determination, only to be defeated and left humiliated by a fighter he deemed beneath him. That battle sparked his relentless rivalry with Goku, one that defined much of his life. Even in his obsession to prove his superiority, Vegeta was forced to recognize Goku’s strength and the need to continually push his own limits. Though he claimed to fight only for pride, his time on Earth began to chip away at the cold façade, especially as his relationship with Bulma grew and the birth of Trunks tethered him to a world he once sought to dominate.

Through battles against Frieza, the Androids, Cell, and Majin Buu, Vegeta’s evolution was marked by painful lessons. He achieved the power of a Super Saiyan, fueled not by pure-hearted resolve but by rage and frustration at his own inadequacy. He later ascended beyond this form, mastering levels of strength that rivaled the greatest threats to the universe. Still, his pride often led him astray—most notably when he allowed himself to fall under Babidi’s influence. The possession amplified his darker impulses and gave him the chance to fight Goku without restraint, but his eventual sacrifice against Majin Buu revealed the truth of his growth: he no longer fought solely for himself, but for his family, his world, and the people he had learned to protect. This self-realization marked a turning point in his life, where love and duty finally tempered the unyielding steel of his pride.

In later years, Vegeta lived more peacefully, raising his daughter Bulla and staying at Bulma’s side while still maintaining his training. Yet threats to Earth continually drew him back into battle, each enemy demanding that he break through the limits he had once thought absolute. When confronted by a foe whose power eclipsed anything he had ever faced, Vegeta was forced to acknowledge the gap between himself and Goku once more. It was then that Bulma created a device capable of emitting Blutz Waves, replicating the light of a full moon and awakening the dormant Saiyan transformation that had lain buried within him. Under the machine’s rays, Vegeta’s body surged with primal power as he transformed into a Golden Great Ape, his mind at first consumed by raw fury.

Unlike his ancestors, however, Vegeta’s pride and willpower allowed him to seize control of this overwhelming state. He stabilized the transformation, forcing his mind to master the beast within, and in doing so he ascended into the legendary form of Super Saiyan 4. His body grew taller and stronger, his hair darkened and lengthened, and crimson fur covered his chest and arms, the manifestation of ancient Saiyan power reborn within him. With this transformation, Vegeta had at last reached the same peak as Goku, fighting alongside his rival as an equal once more

Appearance: Vegeta is a well-built man of below-average stature, standing at 164 centimeters tall. Vegeta swaps out his outfit in favor of clothing more characteristic to an Earthling, wearing a crimson tank top, violet gloves, dark blue jeans and violet boots along with a black leather vest. He also cropped his hair, which still spikes upward.

When using Super Saiyan 4, Vegeta's features are quite different from his previous forms: his hair changes, the top becoming long again and nearly identical to his original hairstyle becoming longer, while becoming "wild" to extending past his shoulders and turning dark brown in color. His eyes are aqua colored with a red outline, and he has red fur on the upper part of his body, except for the chest. The aura in this form loses the arcs of electricity, once again shaped and colored like a regular Super Saiyan's smooth aura. While using this form, the user's upper body clothing will burst open to expose their chest.

Personality: In his later years, Vegeta’s base personality has mellowed compared to his younger self, though his pride remains unshakable. He is blunt, serious, and fiercely competitive, carrying himself with dignity as both a warrior and a father. While he still voices his rivalry with Goku at every opportunity, it is less out of blind arrogance and more from a deep-seated drive to never fall behind. He has grown protective of Bulma, Trunks, and Bulla, showing a softer side that rarely breaks through his hardened exterior. His sense of responsibility for Earth is clear, and though he masks it under a stern, often scolding tone, his actions prove that he fights as much for others as he does for himself.

When transformed into Super Saiyan 4, Vegeta’s personality sharpens into its most battle-driven form. His Saiyan pride surges to the surface, carrying with it confidence that borders on arrogance, though now tempered by discipline and clarity of purpose. He relishes the chance to unleash his full power against formidable opponents, showing flashes of the ruthless warrior he once was. Yet beneath this ferocity lies resolve and maturity; even at his most aggressive, Vegeta never loses sight of the stakes or his duty to protect his loved ones.

Abilities: Flight - Vegeta's use of ki to fly.

Galick Gun - To utilize it, Vegeta curls his fingers and places both his hands together at chest level facing the same direction (so that the palm of one hand is on the back of the other). Then, once enough ki is gathered, he shouts "Galick Gun!" and thrusts both hands forward to fire a powerful blast of energy. The result is a powerful, huge, fuchsia-colored ki beam that emanates from his hands and body.

Big Bang Attack - In order to perform it, Vegeta extends his arm, opens his palm and turns his hand up right. He then condenses his ki in his palm and launches a ki blast that proceeds to detonate in a massive explosion.

Final Shine Attack - Vegeta puts his right hand to his side and forming a green energy sphere then he brings his hand forward and fires a green energy wave at the opponent, inflicting a huge amount of damage. One of his strongest most powerful moves.

Final Flash - The Final Flash is formed by throwing both arms open, hands held vertically and fingers wide while gathering ki. Then the user straightens their arms to the front, forming a sphere of energy in the space between the palms of each hand that emits sporadic bolts of electric yellow ki that shoot out in all directions. Finally, the user discharges a massive golden beam of energy with electric ki streaming around it towards his opponent.

Infinite Break - Vegeta punches the opponent twice in their face. He then knees the opponent in their stomach and punches them away, inflicting a great deal of damage.

Wild Buster - The user rushes towards the opponent and attacks with a punch followed by a sweeping kick that sends the opponent flying.
