Vegeta

After the emergence of the bio-android Cell and the shocking news that he possesses DNA from Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Frieza, and himself, Vegeta becomes deeply unsettled. The idea that Gero's creation wields stolen aspects of his power enrages him. Even more infuriating is the realization that Androids 17 and 18—mere artificial beings—are powerful enough to render him irrelevant. Viewing their existence as an insult to his Saiyan pride, Vegeta resolves to push beyond the limits of a regular Super Saiyan.

For three days, he isolates himself and contemplates his next step. When Goku later informs him about the Hyperbolic Time Chamber at The Lookout—a space where an entire year can be experienced in a single day—Vegeta instantly sees the opportunity to finally surpass Goku. He enters the chamber with Future Trunks, determined to break past the limits of the Super Saiyan state through brutal training.

Inside the chamber, Vegeta rigorously trains his mind and body. His efforts result in him attaining an advanced state of Super Saiyan transformation. Though not yet Perfected Super Saiyan, this new form—marked by immense muscular growth and improved energy output—earns him the title he proudly declares upon exiting: "Super Vegeta." In this state, he believes himself to be the most powerful fighter alive.

Appearance: In his "Super Vegeta" form, Vegeta's body becomes significantly more muscular and bulky, with increased definition in his arms, chest, and shoulders. His golden Super Saiyan hair grows slightly taller and sharper, radiating intense energy. His teal eyes glow more intensely, and his aura becomes more jagged and vibrant, crackling with sparks of electricity at times. He continues to wear his standard Saiyan battle attire: a blue bodysuit with a white and yellow-trimmed chestplate that includes polygonal armor segments and high shoulder guards. His white gloves and boots remain unchanged. The expanded musculature of Super Vegeta stretches the bodysuit tightly across his frame, emphasizing the transformation's raw physical power.

Personality: As "Super Vegeta," his arrogance intensifies. Having pushed himself to new heights in isolation, Vegeta emerges with overwhelming confidence in his abilities. He becomes dismissive of his enemies and even condescending toward allies, firmly believing that he is now unquestionably superior—even to Goku. His obsession with surpassing Kakarot is emboldened, and he begins to view combat less as a necessity and more as a chance to flaunt his power.

Vegeta also shows a reckless streak, caring little for strategy or cooperation. He becomes impatient, prone to taunts and boasting, and views the pursuit of strength as a validation of his identity and pride as a Saiyan warrior. While still intelligent and observant in battle, this version of Vegeta is driven by ego more than calculation—an approach that, while powerful, risks blinding him to danger.

Abilities: Flight - The ability to fly with the use of ki.

Galick Gun - To utilize it, Vegeta curls his fingers and places both his hands together at chest level facing the same direction (so that the palm of one hand is on the back of the other). Then, once enough ki is gathered, he shouts "Galick Gun!" and thrusts both hands forward to fire a powerful blast of energy. The result is a powerful, huge, fuchsia-colored ki beam that emanates from his hands and body.

Big Bang Attack - In order to perform it, Vegeta extends his arm, opens his palm and turns his hand up right. He then condenses his ki in his palm and launches a ki blast that proceeds to detonate in a massive explosion.

Lucora Gun - Vegeta unleashes a rapid-fire barrage of ki from his hands, inflicting massive amounts of damage in the process.

Final Flash - The Final Flash is formed by throwing both arms open, hands held vertically and fingers wide while gathering ki. Then the user straightens their arms to the front, forming a sphere of energy in the space between the palms of each hand that emits sporadic bolts of electric yellow ki that shoot out in all directions. Finally, the user discharges a massive golden beam of energy with electric ki streaming around it towards his opponent.

Super Saiyan Second Grade (Super Vegeta) - This form wields much greater power than his Super Saiyan level. At this level, Vegeta personally calls himself "Super Vegeta." He has the same basic golden features of his Super Saiyan level, only now his muscles are much larger. His hair also is bigger and slightly sharper, and he looks and acts more dominant. Due to Vegeta's muscle mass increase, he is much stronger than in his Super Saiyan form, and his speed and agility are unencumbered.

The Hyperbolic Time Chamber is a mysterious dimension that exists outside of Universe 7 but can be accessed from the universe via different doorways. Each chamber has a time-compressed nature, making the flow of time vastly different compared to the flow of time outside of the chamber.
