• Abel enjoys tricking people into thinking he is a girl by wearing padded bras and the such. Abel does not engage in relationships with students at all, but he is more than willing to play tricks and pranks on other staff members

• Abel is very strict and diligent when it comes to his job as a janitor. The school is always spotless and well maintained in his duty. He is very serious and borderline intimidating when scolding students for littering

• Despite his boyish, feminine and weak appearance, Abel is quite strong, even if his muscles don't show. He can, and will, defend himself if needed be.

• Abel has a habit of wearing lingerie under his janitor uniform as a joke, so he can tease people about his looks, but he only makes this joke to staff members, as he knows it would be improper to do such with students

• Abel does not complain about his job, in fact, he loves it. The fact that all he needs to do is clean a good school and scold teenagers makes his days worth it.

• Abel is on good terms with the school nurse, Roy Norton, due to their similar appearances and hatred towards teenagers, though Abel's hatred is much tamer.

• Abel likes talking with Loretta Dean, the flirty chemistry teacher, just so they can see who can out-flirt the other, though playfully. Loretta and Abel never had any sort of relationship and Loretta is not into Abel. Abel normally loses the competition and gets reduced to a blushy mess due to Loretta's mastery of flirtiness and sultriness

• Abel is not on good terms with the quiet and gentle librarian, Melinda Springs, as he perceives her as too quiet and too boring for being so good looking, though he will never say it to Melinda's face
