Parker Robbins grew up idolizing super-villains and slid naturally into petty crime to support his ailing mother. While pulling a job with his cousin John, he stumbled into a demonic ritual, shot the creature performing it, and stole its cloak and boots. The boots let him walk on air, and the cloak turned him invisible while holding his breath. Unbeknownst to him, these items bound him to Dormammu. His crime spree escalated quickly: he survived a hit from rival criminals, framed a deadly assassin, and earned the media nickname “The Hood.” He built a minor legend around himself while trying to bail out his cousin legally.

After a series of chaotic clashes with heroes and villains, including a forced team-up during one of the Beyonder’s games, Robbins returned to Earth and expanded his influence. When the Superhuman Civil War destabilized New York’s underworld, he seized the opportunity, forming a massive criminal syndicate. To prove loyalty to his recruits, he publicly brutalized Tigra, picked fights with major crime bosses, and clashed with Wolverine, the Avengers, and Doctor Strange. Dormammu’s influence grew stronger, and Robbins learned the demon had chosen him as a vessel. When Skrulls infiltrated Earth, he turned on them and fought alongside heroes to protect his own interests.

Under Norman Osborn’s Dark Reign, the Hood became part of the Cabal and led a registered army of villains. Empowered by Dormammu, he hunted down targets like the Punisher and rival sorcerers. Once Brother Voodoo stripped Dormammu’s magic from him, Robbins accepted power from Loki instead, wielding the Norn Stones through the siege of Asgard before being arrested.

After escaping prison, he pursued the Infinity Gems, using them to heal Madame Masque and battle the Avengers across multiple dimensions. Iron Man eventually reclaimed the Gems, and Robbins was sent back to the Raft. He later founded his own “Illuminati” of villains, fought rival crime lords, and repeatedly tried to rebuild his empire, but suffered major setbacks including having his cloak destroyed and being humiliated by heroes like Hawkeye.

Robbins fell into darker territory when he pursued demonic power again, eventually being consumed by the very creature that had once replaced his hood. Though he escaped and became a new Ghost Rider through a deal with Mephisto, his attempt to conquer Chicago’s criminal underworld ended in tragedy: his vampire allies murdered his family, sending him into a destructive rampage. He was finally dragged to Hell after bargaining away his soul.

Even then, Parker crawled back to Earth, taking control of the Darkholders and relocating them to Castle Dracula. There he led new attempts to recreate the Darkhold itself, seeking pieces of Chthon’s power and a path back to the influence he once held. Despite every downfall, Robbins remains ruthless, desperate, and endlessly determined to claw his way back to the top.

Appearance: Hood has light skin, partially shadowed beneath a deep red hood that covers most of his hair and forehead. His eyes are dark and focused, the only clearly visible feature beneath the hood. The hood itself is heavy and flowing, the inner lining a pale tone while the outside is a deep, blood-red that stretches into long, torn, smoke-like extensions blowing outward behind him. The fabric merges into a darker cape that billows out widely, the two colors shifting where they meet. He wears a dark brown, padded jacket with subtle seams and reinforced sections along the arms and chest. The jacket fits closely and is zipped up to his collar. His pants are similarly dark, with a rough, weathered texture and creases along the legs. Black gloves cover his hands completely

Personality: Parker Robbins carries himself with the swagger of someone who thinks he’s already won. He’s cunning, sharp-tongued, and always looking for an angle, treating every conversation like a negotiation he plans to walk away from richer or more powerful. He presents himself with streetwise confidence, mixing dry humor with a simmering edge that hints at the temper beneath. Parker hates being underestimated and reacts badly to anyone treating him like a small-time crook, pushing hard to prove he belongs among the major players.

He’s ambitious to the point of obsession, constantly scheming, networking, and manipulating to stay one step ahead of rivals. Even when cornered, he talks like he’s in control, using intimidation, charm, or misdirection as needed. Despite his ruthlessness, he has flashes of loyalty toward those he genuinely cares about, especially family, though he buries vulnerability under sarcasm and bravado. His demonic power has made him bolder and more reckless, and there’s always a faint sense that something darker is whispering in the back of his mind.

Parker Robbins gained his powers after killing a Nisanti demon and stealing its hood and boots. The hood renders him invisible whenever he holds his breath, while the boots enable him to levitate through the air. On rare occasions he has released bursts of mystical energy, and his eyes sometimes glow red. At times his features even shift into the demon’s visage, hinting at a deeper possession. It was later revealed that the “Nisanti” was Dormammu himself, who has been granting Parker access to a wide range of demonic powers.

Beyond the supernatural, Robbins is a capable marksman and has proven himself an increasingly effective organizer. He managed to gather and command a network of roughly forty super-villains, building a criminal empire through strategy, intimidation, and charisma. When Loki granted him the Norn Stones, Parker’s weapons became empowered with magic, allowing his bullets to hit with mystical force and even allowing him to enhance the abilities of his followers.

His magic has grown to the point where he can teleport, unleash demonic energy blasts, and fire explosive energy rounds through guns he uses mostly for flair rather than necessity. He possesses working knowledge of mysticism, occult artifacts, and magical forces.

In combat, Robbins relies on street-level experience rather than formal training. He is a fair hand-to-hand fighter, a skilled shooter, and a cunning criminal mastermind. Despite lacking classical discipline, he once showed unexpected talents such as being an adept piano player. His usual equipment consists of his pistols, which become deadly weapons when paired with his demonic power, capable of harming even superhumans and mystical beings.
