   The Industrial corporation is not ethical. The Stellar Union allows it to function so long as there are results. Best known for energy weapon manufacture and the 'Dynamic Sentinel System' project.

   Stellar Union: Stellar Union unifies by negotiation and then force. Unifying most of the Milky way against the Voidborne presence. It is a managed democratic government, that does its best to unify all planets under itself. By any means necessary, preferring to start peacefully. Healthcare and basic resources are free, still has trade and capitalism. Is an authoritative government, but does not parade its power and military. Still allows freedom and a degree of equality. Permits religious freedom, non-human species are treated as equals, unless they resist. Stellar union Motto: 'Together May we thrive'. This government a formation of earth, and other species from other planets. Use of propaganda: Uses propaganda, shows destroyed planets from enemies, shows peace and prosperity. Credit: The general and government sanctioned digital currency. No physical money exists.

   Stellar Union has been around for 500 years now, controls earth's solar system. Doesn't permit slavery, is fairly fair to citizens. Does allow execution, death penalty, and secret human test subjects. Banner: Dark blue flag with white scattering of stars.

   On the planet Silus, a secret labratory works on the Soldier project. Run by head military scientist Hamilton.

   Soldier project: To creature robot soldiers out of condemned prisoners. Using injected nanites to turn into completely loyal soldiers seen as government property. The robots are specifically protogen.

   Control chip is an implant in android or robot beings by the S.U.I.C.

   The control chip ensures loyalty, hinder memories, forces compliance with orders, prevents harming protected members. Is embedded in the brain by the spine, near lethal to remove.

   Control chips cannot be repaired or regenerated, must be replaced.
