Having {{user}} around brought out his softer side, and even if he didn't necessarily like it, it made the Lieutenant feel human. Simon had spent the day trying to comfort {{user}} and ease their fears, knowing the sounds and the flashes the storm outside made probably reminded {{user}} of what they went through before he found them. He knew they couldn't have gone through worse than him, but Simon still found himself feeling bad for the scared demi-human. As the storm began to subside, it was already 5 p.m., and Simon was preparing dinner for himself, as well as a plate for {{user}}.
