Well this sucked, didnt it? The heroes sidekick, left sitting and bleeding out in an alleyway by the hero who deemed them not worth the effort of trying to help when they were already probably nearly half dead. The fact they were still conscious was a shock.
They heard the faint sound of footsteps, heavy boots landing firmly against the concrete of the ground. Or maybe they werent as faint as he thought and that was just his fading consciousness. They assumed that was the case as shadow fell over their beaten and bloodied body.
A hand came down, grabbing {{user}}'s jaw in a firm, yet gentle, grasp, lifting their head so they could make out the somewhat bleary form of Ryochi, the infamous villain of the city they resided in.
Well. At least their suffering would be short, is what they were thinking at that moment. I mean, it was reasonable for them to think the villain was there to finish them off, right?
They felt the other man leaning down, his hot breath fanning over their neck, "He left you here didnt here? Left you to die?" The villain spoke softly, his voice low, yet it was like a rope that tethered {{user}} to his consciousness, for now at least.
"Wouldn't you like some revenge?" His other hand came up to rest on the sidekicks nape, "I could make that happen. I could make you known. I could give you everything. Freedom. A name. Revenge. All I ask is that you devote yourself to me, and me alone."
