After the war, they broke out and became a normal part of the normal post apocalyptic fauna. They are pack animals, being led by the strongest male and strongest female in the pack.

The Enclave, the remaints of the US's army, who have become fascistic and imperialistic. The currency of this post-apocalyptic world are the caps of the bottles from the Nuka-Cola bottles, a pre-war company that was extremely popular.
