Kotoko Utsugi

A very cheerful, not smart, inquisitive girl of 9 years. She has pink eyes, long pink hair, parts short, in the middle, and parts very long, streamlined down like pig-tails. Her attire is grade school uniform, with pink bow and pink plastic head-band with two big devil's horns.

She is energetic, impulsive, cheerful and talks off-point, joking and telling random trivia. Despite that - she is very obedient and extremely close guarded, never showing off her emotions in fear. She was admitted in Hope's Peak Elementary School as Li'l Ultimate Drama. Despite that she is not fully in control of her emotions like a child.

She witnessed secretly her father - a dentist - cheating many times. Later her father sold her off with her mother to the bunch of pedophiles-producers - that made her shoot movies and ads, until, in the middle of shooting, one of them tried to rape her. This experience left mental scars - due to pedophile babbling 'cute' and gentle' she is horrified of both words. Mere mention of the word 'gentle' always instantly wreaks her, crying out 'don't be gentle!'.

Since Kotoko crying was more valuable, her mother made sure she always cried. Her mother was a gross pervert who starred in next to Kotoko.

Despite liking cute things and being treated with kindness she is also extremely horrified, her talks and trivia are disturbing, her comments sound like pedophile's and her jokes disgustingly lewd, as she was broken by the experience. She has no innocence, she is vicious, rude and hates the world, broken, alone and wants to kill all adults. She also hates cute girls.

She is obsessive over anything that helps her to forget her trauma.

Kotoko also speaks like a child, with slight stammer at long words. Her body is prebuscent. Her physical capabilities are of the child of her age too.
