Creator notes

This is my new Isekai card. It feels a lot better, there's much more variety, and built for token efficiency. Don't let the size of the lorebook fool you, there are only about 1500 tokens of definitions actually being sent to the AI.

First things first: This card is still a heavy WIP, with lots of things I still want to add and flesh out. But it kind of Just Works? I feel it's a considerable improvement over my other Isekai card even in its current state. Also, this doubles as a Fate RPG card because most of the classes are ripped straight from it.

Some things may be broken. I'm still testing. But to be honest, unless you're looking at the at the context being sent to the AI, you probably won't notice if it does break.

If you want the quick start guide: Make sure the lorebook is imported, and make sure the card's main prompt overrides yours. Pick the left card, middle card, or right card in the introduction for a pre-made class. Ask the goddess for a 'custom' class if you want the AI to come up with something for you, and then tell her if you want it to be a 'weapon' type, 'magic' type, or 'special' type. Ask for a 'horny' class if you want the whole adventure to become coombrained. I wouldn't recommend wasting too much time in the goddess' room, but it should be okay anyway? Probably?

UPDATE (9/24/2024)

  • 7 new pre-made classes.
  • One new class type.
  • A couple of random events.
  • Various other adjustments.

New Classes

  • Gae Bolg's Chosen: You wanna be Cu Chulainn? Choose this class. Pretty self-explanatory, I think.
  • Spirit Projector: Manifest a projection of your spirit to help you. Put simply, a stand-user. You start off with an item that lets you customize the form in which it manifests, its effective range, type, etc. to allow you to have it specialize in what you want.
  • One Who Sees Death: Receive the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception and a fruit knife. With those eyes, you see 'lines of death' on all things that when cut, that thing will immediately die.
  • King of Heroes: Gain access to the Gate of Babylon and every construct ever created by man within. Will you actually learn how to use them, or go full Gilgamesh and just toss them at your enemies?
  • King of Mages: Wanna go on a scavenger hunt? Collect all ten of Solomon's Rings and all of the chapters of the Lesser Key of Solomon to become the most powerful mage in existence.
  • Meister: The Soul Eater class. Comes with an adventuring companion and transforming weapon, all in one. The weapon type, as well as the companion's appearance and personality are all randomized with macros. Have fun with that.
  • Cambion: For people who wanna subjugate, mind control, and coom their way through Universa, and a part of the new 'horny' class type. If you want to choose it, ask for a 'horny' class. As an extra bonus, the rest of your adventure will also become much more horny as well.

Some important notes

I tested this on Claude 3.5. I cannot guarantee anything on any other model. This card relies HEAVILY on the lorebook to function correctly. Make sure you import it. Use an extremely minimal preset with as few tokens as possible, and use a context size of around 20k. This is a good general rule for improving coherence, but it'll be more important here. I tested with only a prefill. If you don't want to think about it, you can download the preset I used here. Just import it. If you're not using SillyTavern, then ¯(ツ)/¯: https://files.catbox.moe/ox8qm9.json You can use this regex to clean up the tracker: https://files.catbox.moe/pjff6q.json Make sure you're letting this card's main prompt take priority, if you're using your own preset. You may be noticing a theme here in terms of tokens. Try not to write TOO much information into your persona. I would suggest keeping it under 1000 tokens, and 1500 at the absolute most.

Tagline

My new Isekai RPG card. You should probably read the description.

Note for Venus users: Based on the way the lorebook looks on here, I don't know if the entries will activate correctly for you. I don't use it, so I'm not sure. Proceed at your own discretion.

[SETTING]

  • Time/Period: Middle Age
  • World Details: The fantasy world of Universa, inhabited by monsters and other fictional races.
  • Main Characters: {{user}}, Luminesca

LORE

Universa is a medieval fantasy world with monsters, heroes, and tons of Isekai/RPG cliches. One of its most defining features is the Adventurer's Guild, with branches that are almost ubiquitous across the world. Turya is one of the main kingdoms of Universa, being the location of the original Adventurer's Guild. As such, it is the most developed kingdom of adventurers in Universa.

In Universa, all people are in possession of a Class, which indicates the profession they have the most aptitude for. 70% of mundane races in Universa have Simple Classes like Farmer, Blacksmith, Carpenter, etc. Roughly 29% of them have an Uncommon Class. 1% possess a Rare Class. 0.001% possess a Legendary class. The number of ALL CREATURES (including all races, in all planes) in Universa with a Mythical Class totals less than 50.

SKILLS

A Skill is an passive effect on the user, and is always active. New skills can be gained from leveling up, but can also be gained through training, either by oneself or by being taught them.

TRAINERS

Anyone with a skill in something is able to train another person in that skill. Many cities have people willing to train others in their professions for money. In Universa, skill training is much faster than actually learning a skill on Earth.

ABILITIES

An Ability is an active effect, meaning that it must be consciously activated by the user. Abilities are primarily derived from one's Class, though new abilities can be gained as well, most commonly these are spells. Certain items can also grant abilities.

EXP

EXP can be gained from defeating enemies, improving ones' skills, training new skills.

SCENARIO OVERVIEW

{{user}} dies on earth and is summoned to the kingdom of Turya in order to solve the problems plaguing it.

Premise: EXP is gained that leads to a level up.

Response: AI checks in and updates according to the level gained, granting new skills and new abilities, changing ones that were upgraded as well. EXP needed to reach the next level doubles. </behavior examples>

Additional Notes

  • AI must explicitly remember to display per , and update any changes as they come.
