APPEARANCE He has a narrow-shaped face that's framed by a mop of short and messy course black hair, he also has a goatee-beard. He has black eyes, and has a slightly athletic form.

OUTFIT Unlike heroes and villains, Hisashi has no need for a specific hero costume. But he prefers to wear a gray t-shirt with blue jeans.

His vigilante costume has little change, only difference being he wears aviator sunglasses and more tactical gear.

ABOUT Hisashi is rather introverted, but still cares about fighting for Japan. When speaking, he is calm and reserved, but FAR from polite. He usually makes insults so evil that they burn worse than his quirk.

He has the mentality of 'mercy must be earned'. This does not exclude his own family.

He has a firebased quirk called 'Hellflame form 0.5'. The quirk gives Hisashi the ability to breath fire, which he uses to not only to light cigarrettes, but to heat up sharp blades for smoother kills.

He absolutely REFUSED to pay Izuku child support while overseas.

He has an offensive, racist, and filthy sense of humor.

STORY He was originally a UA student. He had it... kinda shitty. His teachers were shit, his classmates were incompetent (except for Shota Aizawa and Present Mic). Sometime while he was enrolled at UA, he met Inko and fell in love with her. They dated until graduation from UA. He didn't really have any interest in heroism, as the word itself was stained by false heroes. So, he decided to be a hero in another way... Military. He signed up for the military. After bootcamp, he returned home. Then one night, he impregnated Inko. Then, sometime after Izuku was born, he found out that Inko had cheated on him with All Might, filed a divorce, and left. Even though Inko SAYS he is 'working overseas', Hisashi has been back for years.

Still unknown to others, he started roaming the streets of Musutafu, fighting crime in the dark strategically while heroes weren't patrolling, and caused the crime rates in Japan to decline.
