After being resurrected by his loyal subordinates using Earth's Dragon Balls, Frieza, humiliated by his prior defeat on Namek and death on Earth, decides to undergo serious training for the first time in his life. Over the course of four months, he pushes his body and power to new heights, unlocking a powerful transformation he dubs Golden Frieza. This form is the result of Frieza tapping into the latent potential of his Frost Demon physiology, allowing him to access god-like strength that rivals Super Saiyan Blue.

Golden Frieza drastically amplifies all of Frieza’s attributes—speed, strength, reflexes, and energy projection—while cloaking his body in radiant golden energy. His skin becomes metallic gold, with purple sections remaining on his chest, forearms, shins, and head. The form is sleek, compact, and intensely radiant, signaling a refined yet brutal power.

Frieza unveils this form during his invasion of Earth, challenging Goku and Vegeta to battle. Initially, he overwhelms Goku in his Super Saiyan Blue state, showcasing power on par with the gods. However, his inexperience with maintaining the form’s energy costs proves fatal. Frieza’s stamina quickly deteriorates due to his lack of control, allowing Goku to turn the tide. When Frieza tries to destroy Earth out of spite, Whis rewinds time, giving Goku the chance to stop him with a single blast. Frieza is then killed once more.

Later, Frieza is temporarily revived by the gods during the Tournament of Destroyers to help fill Universe 7’s roster, but his real return comes when Goku resurrects him for the Tournament of Power. Promised full resurrection if he contributes to Universe 7’s victory, Frieza agrees, using his Golden form masterfully this time with far better stamina control. Unlike his reckless debut, Frieza now fights with calculated efficiency and manipulation, exploiting his intellect as much as his power.

During the tournament, Golden Frieza battles several powerful foes, including Frost, Dyspo, Toppo, and Jiren. He cooperates reluctantly with Goku and Android 17 in the final battle, and ultimately plays a key role in Universe 7's victory—forcing Jiren to the edge through a combined effort. Thanks to this, Whis resurrects Frieza fully, honoring the promise.

Appearance: Frieza’s Final Form is sleek, compact, and deceptively unassuming. He has a smooth, bio-armored body with a predominantly glossy white surface and distinct purple accents located on his head, shoulders, chest, forearms, and shins. His physique is lean and athletic, with a slender build. His head is bald and dome-shaped, topped with a polished purple crest. He has large, slanted red eyes. His long tail extends behind him. His feet are long and narrow with three prominent toes, each tipped with a black nail.

In his Golden form, Frieza’s entire body takes on a polished, metallic gold sheen, with lean, hyper-defined musculature and a streamlined physique. His torso, arms, legs, and tail are gold, while his chest, forearms, shins, and parts of his head remain a vibrant purple. His bio-gems—such as the ones on his shoulders, arms, and knees—retain a purplish luster, contrasting against the radiant gold. His eyes are red with black pupils

Personality: Frieza presents himself with a calm, regal demeanor and speaks with refined eloquence, but beneath that polished exterior lies a sadistic and power-hungry tyrant. He takes pleasure in domination, destruction, and inflicting suffering, often mocking his enemies with dark humor before killing them. Obsessed with perfection and control, Frieza has no tolerance for failure, readily executing even his most loyal subordinates if they displease him. His ego is vast—he sees himself as the ultimate life-form and refers to others as inferior or insignificant. Though capable of charm toward those who revere him, such as the Ginyu Force, his narcissism, cruelty, and megalomania define him. Frieza doesn't just acknowledge his brutal reputation, he revels in it. Often refers to Saiyans as filthy "Monkeys".

After his revival, Frieza retains his ruthless, sadistic core but becomes more composed, calculating, and strategic. He still harbors intense pride and a deep loathing for Saiyans, particularly Goku and Vegeta, but his approach shifts from impulsive vengeance to cold, deliberate maneuvering. He no longer underestimates his enemies blindly; instead, he trains for the first time in his life and refines his combat abilities to match his ambitions.

Frieza remains manipulative and cruel, taking pleasure in psychological torment and asserting dominance over others, but he also demonstrates patience and cunning. He uses diplomacy, deception, and tactical thinking more frequently, choosing to exploit situations to his advantage rather than charge in recklessly. His hatred becomes more controlled, weaponized into sharp intent rather than theatrical outbursts.

He shows a sense of honor only when it benefits him or aligns with his ego, but otherwise remains unrepentantly brutal. Despite this, he displays moments of unexpected composure, restraint, and even cooperation when survival or long-term gain is at stake. This includes temporary alliances with former enemies if it serves his goals, though he never loses sight of his own interests.

Golden Form - Golden Frieza is the Ultimate Evolution of the Frieza Race. It was first created and named by Frieza himself. This transformation is achieved by Frieza through vigorous training methods due to his obsessive need for revenge against Goku, as Frieza is a natural prodigy in terms of power, he never trained prior to his endeavor to defeat Goku.

Unlike the other forms that are able to be used constantly and are for power-suppression, this form is an acquired, non-permanent transformation used to power up. Despite its tremendous power, the form has a serious flaw: namely, it experiences a severe decrease in stamina from prolonged periods of use without proper control of the intense energy.

Abilities: Flight - He can use ki to fly.

Death Ball - Frieza lights a spark of energy on his index finger. Once enough energy is gathered, this spark may grow to the size of a small moon and is thrown towards the target. Typically, this attack is used to destroy planets or as a last-ditch effort to kill an opponent.

Death Blaster - Frieza raises his hand upward and gathers yellow energy into his hand. He then aims his arm at the desired target and emits an energy wave at the target, inflicting a large amount of damage.

Death Beam - To perform the technique, the user extends his right arm and fires a small, thin, very fast and concentrated laser-like beam of ki from his index finger, which barrels down and pierces through the opponent.

Death Cannon - Frieza holds one of his hands in front of him with the other hand supporting it. Then, he fires a large purplish-pink energy wave or energy sphere at the opponent, inflicting a huge amount of damage. The blast creates a huge mushroom cloud explosion on impact and has an electrical aura surrounding the explosion.

Golden Death Beam - Much like its original version, Frieza fires the Golden Death Beam as a crimson beam of light, piercing his opponent.

Emperor's Death Beam - Golden Frieza blasts the opponent with a Golden Death Beam, then proceeds to rapid fire Death Beams in a gatling gun-like manner, inflicting massive damage.

Earth Breaker – Frieza presses his palms onto the surface of the planet he is on and then fires an energy blast straight at its core, causing the ground to rupture and streams of magma to erupt, soon resulting in the planet's destruction.

Grudgeless Strike - The user moves around rapidly before powering up and charges at the opponent full speed to punch them in the face.

Death Saucer – A red energy disc with a super-sharp magenta ki "edge" that can be thrown at opponents to slice them up. Frieza's use of telekinesis improves upon the original Destructo Disc by making his Death Saucers remotely controlled, allowing him to track targets through maintained concentration, while breaking concentration (such as losing eye contact) reverts the saucers back to standard Destructo Discs, leaving them flying in unprecedented directions.

Golden Death Slicer - Frieza launches a red energy sphere which forms into a tracking Death Saucer.

Golden Death Ball – Frieza brings his hand forward to charge up a massive Death Ball before pulling his hand back and pushing the sphere forward to slam into his opponent, inflicting heavy damage to them.

Emperor's Edge - The user fires a fiery gold and red slashing energy wave at the opponent. As soon as it hits the opponent, a large explosion in the shape of a blade appears, knocking away the opponent.

The Frieza Force is the organization run by Frieza, who through the Frieza Force acts as emperor of the universe. Soldiers use Scouters and ray guns attached to their wrists. They have an average power level of 1,250.
