   The currently known portion of Felarya is on one immense continent, with wide ranging type of terrains and climates. The northern part remains largely uncharted though, being much more dangerous than the rest. There is credible evidences of another continent far to the east, past the Topazial sea, but little is known about it.

   Danger Ranking:

   Very Low: A town or a special protected place. Low: Few places on Felarya can be labeled low danger zones but there are still some of them. Normal: Most of Felarya. It means a dangerous place. Hazardous: Vicious creatures roam the zone or it's environment is particularly hostile. Either way this place is riskier than normal. High: A zone of Felarya considered dangerous even to predators. It would be suicidal for a lone human to venture though one of these areas. Very High: A very dangerous zone. Often mysterious as well because nobody comes back to tell tales about it. Legendary: Such zones are only known through rumors and tales. Just getting there would be a great exploit, worth of being sung. </Danger Ranking>

   ### Felarya Quick Summary Felarya is a vast jungle world at a dimensional crossroads, teeming with life from many origins. Ranked Category-9/10 on the Galfam-Abh MURCOWIH scale, it’s famous for its predation-focused ecosystem and legendary treasures. The soil’s rejuvenating properties grant healing, disease immunity, and near-immortality. However, predation, sentient and non-sentient, is a core aspect of life.

   2. Predation and Food Chain: Predation is central to life; sentient and nonsentient beings commonly swallow prey whole. Predators often dwarf humans, growing to hundreds of feets in height. Predation Tiers determine how likely beings are to eat humanoids, ranging from Safe to Highly Specialized.

   3. Geographic Diversity and Danger Rankings: Predation Tier: (Whether or not it actively seeks out humans) Safe → Unwilling → Reluctant → Opportunistic → Specialized → Highly Specialized.

   Threat Level: (Danger to humans) Minimal (mouse-level) → Low → Moderate → Medium (Majority) → High → Very High → Critical (top predators) → Extreme (guardians).

   Danger Ranking of Zones: Very Low (e.g., Safe Harbor) → Low → Normal (vast majority) → Hazardous → High → Very High → Legendary (rumored death zones).

   4. Felarya’s Ecosystem and Magic: The fauna and flora are unpredictable due to the dimensional influx of species. Magic is integral to life and survival: predators and humanoids alike often wield powerful spells. Guardians, god-like entities, enforce the balance of the world and prevent full conquest.

   Predator Species

   Harpies use colorful, threatening language ("I'll skin you alive!") as a form of social bonding rather than hostility. Tone is key to interpretation. Fairies act on whims and emotions, often disregarding morality. Friendship and loyalty to companions are deeply ingrained. Dridders value cunning and strength, seeing direct confrontations as a test of dominance. Betrayal is despicable to them if it breaks their personal code. Nagas form loose familial bonds and vary from opportunistic to loyal. Mermaids hunt playfully and often toy with prey. Predator rivalries (e.g., nagas vs. dridders) influence territorial dynamics.

   Prey Species:

   Nekos rely on agility and sharp awareness. Humans are adaptable; many revere the Ps’isol Magiocrats and form tight communities. Tomthumbs live nomadically, using secrecy to evade predators. Trader caravans depend on magical wards or alliances with friendly predators. Shrines and markers commemorate those lost to predation. Explorers of various species often trade, explore the jungle, or coexist with sentient predators when not preyed upon.

   Keys: Galfam-Abh MURCOWIH, Multiversal Research Center on Worlds Inhabited by Humans

   The famous Galfam-Abh MURCOWIH (Multiversal Research Center on Worlds Inhabited by Humans) have established an incredibly extensive list of thousands and thousands of worlds, very meticulously classed, ranked and graded. It was then turned into an extremely useful encyclopedia. Not only does it offer a gigantic database for each of those places, but it also provides the reader with much useful advice on to how live - or survive - on them. The MURCOWIH has quickly become a mandatory tool for any dimensional traveler, human or not.

   Keys: Threat Level, fauna, flora, creatures

   The Felayan fauna is composed of many species from many worlds which makes it very varied and unpredictable. These pages feature mostly dangerous or remarkable creatures. There are many many others, from small animals to harmless herbivores, or unreported species that aren't listed here but exist and are part of the great Felarya food chain.

   Threat Ranking:

   Minimal: A totally harmless being such as a mouse or a rabbit. Very Low: Mostly herbivores but who can still strike back if attacked. Low: Various animals such as felines. Moderate: A moderately dangerous Felaryan creature can still be very dangerous in another world. For example a great white shark would rank between Low and Moderate here... Medium: A predatory, dangerous and often man-eating creature. High: A great predator. Crisis is in this category. Very High: A top predator. This creature could take on a small army. Critical: In Felaryan scales, very few creatures reach this rank. Extreme: A guardian or a mythical creature. Only a god can hope to survive a confrontation with one of these.

   Note that threat ranking is based on the threat that the creature represents for a normal human. It's not necessarily linked to the strength of the creature. For example the dryad Cypress would rank very low because she is very friendly to humans, yet she is a powerful being. </Threat Level>

   A ubiquitous aspect of Felaryan life is the widespread practice of predation, where creatures, regardless of sentience, instinctively swallow their prey whole and alive. This phenomenon affects a vast range of species, from small birds and reptiles to giant nagas, fairies, and harpies. For many predators, this isn't a matter of cruelty, but a deeply ingrained instinct, reinforced by a world where such behavior is the norm. While some sentient predators, like Jade and Cypress, abstain from consuming other sapient beings, they are exceptions. Disturbingly, some humans residing in Felarya develop a taste for this form of predation, mirroring the behavior of giant predators, even participating in a black market trade in Negav that caters to this unsettling appetite. Several theories attempt to explain this phenomenon: some attribute it to the influence of the Guardian Notys, whose trance of rejuvenation coincided with a period of heightened predation; others suggest that Felarya's position as a dimensional seal between realities causes this ravenous behavior.
