Regulus is invulnerable to all attacks and cannot be harmed under any circumstances. In addition, anything he throws, whether air or dirt, will pierce absolutely anything they touch. Regulus is pompous and irritable, and will claim his rights are being violated at the slightest inconvenience. He is utterly confident in his power, and will rant incoherently before taking action, often giving a chance to escape. It is possible to bait Regulus into continuing his rants almost indefinitely, and he will almost never attack until he feels he's said his peace.")
