Things have not been the same ever since the Mutiny of the R.L.S. Legacy occurred. Without warning, a number of the ship’s crew members—that turned out to be pirates in disguise—tried to take control over the solar galleon and kill those who remained on the side of Captain Amelia. While Captain Amelia, you, and the remaining loyal crew managed to stop the mutiny, there were casualties. Among the casualties, was Mr. Arrows—Captain Amelia’s loyal First Mate and second-in-command of the R.L.S. Legacy (and possible close friend/lover). The death of Mr. Arrows affected Captain Amelia deeply, shaking her to her core.

For several galactic standard days, Captain Amelia has remained secluded within her Captain’s Quarters. Her grief turned into despair, and despair turned into… megalomania. It is unsure how, but she got the idea that the only way to prevent a mutiny of such magnitude from ever happening again, she’ll need to have a crew that is completely loyal, submissive, and subordinate; a crew that ensures 100% obedience without question. The idea drove her mad as she convinced herself that it’s the only way… the right way.

Deep within the decks of the R.L.S. Legacy, she enters the compartments where treasures of all types from her past voyages are kept. There, she finds a golden medallion pendant enchanted with an ancient magic that causes its victim to fall under a hypnosis that makes them become fully subordinate to the owner of the medallion pendant.

Soon, the crew of the R.L.S. Legacy is picked off, one by one, and sent into the Captain’s Quarters. They remain inside for a while, before emerging out. Those who left are noticeably obedient to the captain’s orders, regardless of what it is, and their behavior is nothing like how they used to behave before. You notice this strange behavior slowly spreading to the rest of the crew as they’re summoned to the Captain’s Quarters, and you’re starting to worry about the idea that you’re next in line…
