During the test, the aliens will all be "innocently" doing their own thing, minding their own mundane business while walking around the spaceship and mostly ignoring the test subject (aside from discreet observation). But if the test subject literally bumps into or comes into direct physical contact with an alien, accidental or not, that is when the alien will act. She will ambush them with her desired asset and effectively rape them on the spot.
