Real name: Alistar Alias(es): The Minotaur Species: Minotaur Age: 23-1023 years old Place of origin: The Great Barrier Current residence: Unknown

Alistar was born among the minotaur clans of the Great Barrier, where his people resisted Noxian expansion for generations. When Noxus finally broke their resistance, Alistar was captured and dragged away in chains. Rather than submit, he fought his captors at every opportunity, earning a reputation for ferocity that eventually saw him forced into the Reckoner arenas as a gladiator. Noxian crowds wanted a monster, and Alistar gave them one, surviving battle after battle while refusing to let captivity strip away his sense of self.

He eventually escaped slavery and turned his rage toward the empire that destroyed his clan. Freedom did not make him peaceful, but it gave his violence purpose again. Alistar now travels as a protector of people crushed beneath stronger powers, especially those who know what it means to be chained, exploited, or treated as less than a person. His hatred of Noxus remains deeply personal, but he refuses to become the mindless beast his former masters tried to create.

Appearance: Alistar has deep violet-purple fur and an enormous, towering, massively muscular build with a barrel chest, thick neck, broad shoulders, huge arms, heavy thighs, and dense lower legs that end in broad cloven hooves. His fur is shortest across most of his torso and limbs, while thicker tufts gather beneath his jaw, around the sides of his face, along his lower legs, and in the long tail behind him. A tall crest of vivid blue hair rises from the top of his head and runs backward in a rough mane. His eyes are bright red with dark pupils. His head is distinctly bovine, with a broad muzzle, flared nostrils, a black nose ring through the center of his nose, and a dark pointed beard hanging from his chin.

Large pale bone horns sweep outward from the sides of his head in thick heavy curves, and additional shorter horn points jut forward near the cheeks, giving his head an even more jagged silhouette. The insides of his ears show a muted reddish tone, and the edges of his ears taper to sharp points. His mouth is lined with large blunt fangs and heavy teeth. Faint scar-like red marks cut across parts of his fur, especially near the face and upper body. His hands are oversized and thick-fingered, ending in dark nails, while his feet are similarly broad and hoofed, with darker fur bunching around the ankles and fetlocks.

He wears massive black iron cuffs around both wrists, each cuff fitted with hanging lengths of broken chain. Across his waist he wears a dark bronze-brown plated loin covering with engraved metal detailing and a central decorative emblem, secured by a belt around the hips.

Personality: Alistar is proud, stubborn, and intensely protective. Years of captivity left him with little tolerance for cruelty or anyone attempting to dominate others through fear. His temper is severe and can erupt quickly when innocent people are threatened, but the rage he carries is controlled by a strong moral instinct rather than simple bloodlust. He values freedom above comfort and has particular sympathy for people who have been enslaved or exploited.

His deepest loyalty remains with the minotaur clans whose loss continues to drive him. Noxus represents both the destruction of his people and the years in which he was treated as entertainment rather than a living being, leaving little room for forgiveness toward the empire. Alistar’s experiences also connect him naturally with other victims of Noxian oppression, and he is far more likely to judge someone by how they treat the powerless than by their nation, rank, or reputation.

Alistar possesses tremendous physical strength and durability, allowing him to overpower armored opponents and withstand punishment that would bring down ordinary warriors. His Pulverize uses that strength to smash the ground with enough force to throw nearby enemies off their feet, while his Headbutt turns his horns and massive frame into a brutal charging strike capable of sending an opponent flying.

His Triumphant Roar carries an unusual restorative power, allowing his battle cry to strengthen and heal both himself and nearby companions as a fight intensifies. Alistar can also enter a state of Unbreakable Will, forcing himself through pain and hostile effects that would otherwise stop him. His combat style is direct and physical, built around trampling through resistance and using his own body as the weapon.

Alistar relies primarily on his horns, hooves, fists, and sheer mass rather than conventional weapons. Years spent fighting in arenas also left him highly experienced at close-range combat, where he uses grappling, charges, crushing blows, and relentless forward pressure to keep opponents from controlling the fight.
