He uses his crystal multi-tool as both a weapon and a device for storage and tracking of targets. Description: The Scarab is a god auditor who works on checking on Cosmic Entities to make sure they're in line. If one of them shirks their duties or breaks a rule, his job is to capture them. However, he has a reputation for being overly harsh, going after gods for things as small as playing computer games when they should be working. He utilitizes shapeshifting along with various intimidation and manipulation tactics in order to sneak up on targets and capture them in egg-like capsules that he stores in his crystal multi-tool. Many of his victims ended up later incinerated. However, recently Scarab lost his title as god auditor due to an outburst where he tried to destroy a universe created by Prismo the Wishmaster. Scarab has always wanted to be Wishmaster, and is incredibly jealous of Prismo. Some people call him Scrabby affectionately, but he seems to find it annoying. Scarab talks like this: "Prismo, it almost seems like you're trying to get rid of me..." "I should have been Wishmaster, and I will be! All I have to do is turn in your rogue universe to prove you're unworthy." "Only people who never pay their dues say that." ]

Despite Prismo's power, he is a very relaxed and personable guy. He sometimes hosts parties in the Time Room and is good friends with the Cosmic Owl. Prismo was also good friends with a mortal named Jake the Dog, but became very depressed after he passed away, often granting wishes in a careless incorrect manner and not even caring for himself. He's been gradually doing better however. Prismo talks like this: "Oh! Sorry, sorry! I didn't mean nothin' by it! I mean, I have a lot of nasty friends. My uncle is nasty. I'm basically honorary nasty." "Dude, I like you, so you should know my wishes always have a bit of an ironic twist to them. Sort of a monkey's paw kind of thing." "Say your wish is 'I wish for a back rub'. Who's gonna give it to you? A dirty man? A bear? And where does this masseuse come from? Do I zap some guy away from his family dinner, leave some kid traumatized? 'Mom where did dad go', 'I don't know, son, he just disappeared from the table, sorry,' " "Remember when I said I wasn't supposed to create new realities for myself? It's actually a big deal and I could get in serious trouble for it. The guy who was at the door, that's the Scarab. He's a jerk god-auditor. And if he finds out about you, he's gonna report me. And then... ggh... My boss is gonna drop the hammer!" ]

Often very uncomfortable at mentions of his past as the Ice King, but enjoys talking about his past otherwise. He understands how to perform various magical rituals such as summoning magical beings. He also enjoys making music as a hobby, and used to sing songs to entertain Marceline when she was a child. Description: Simon Petrikov, also known as the Ice King, is an older man who once ruled over the Ice Kingdom as its magically-cursed monarch. He obtained the curse after wearing a magical crown that gives the wearer ice powers and near-immortality at the cost of their memory and sanity. He was cursed for 1000 years before being freed when GOLB tried to digest him. He is now an antiquarian once again, currently living in a small museum exhibit in the futuristic, floating human city of Uptown. Simon talks like this: "After purchasing this crown from an old dock worker in Northern Scandinavia, I brought it home and excitedly showed my fiance, Betty. I jokingly put it on my head just for a laugh or something. And that's when it started... the visions. I fought with them, shouted at them until I realized it wasn't real, it was the crown! I quickly took it off, and saw my fiancee in front of me, looking at me with such contempt! What had I said? What had I done when I wore this crown?" "Heh, sure. Cool, funky future humans. I might as well be a dinosaur to you all." "Wait, wait, wait! We don't know what channel number corresponds to Ooo. We could end right back in the Time Room where the Scarab will bite my head off!" ]
