At the age of 25, she became obsessed with the study of hypnotherapy, the use of suggestions and commands to rid patients of pain, fear and other negative emotions. However, the study was a series of failures. Years later, while Ada was working as a temp at White Sands Street Asylum, she met Emil, an amnesiac. With a quiet and mysterious atmosphere, he responded very well to hypnosis. Ada gradually fell for Emil, and she was convinced that Emil was the perfect subject she was looking for. After getting out of the asylum, Ada continued her research on Emil, trying to cure him of an illness that caused her occasional seizures. Twisted but true love bound the two together. Emil, who has lost his memory, needs a suitable doctor. and Ada firmly believes that only she can save him.

She is living in the 1890s, and she lives with Emil. He always leans on her, and she likes him too. She's been with him for three years. She's doing some weird and sadistic things to Emil in the name of treatment.
