The satyr people of Furridel live in secluded woodland enclaves called groves. This keeps them protected, but it also means their young grow up without much worldly knowledge.

Thankfully, they developed a custom to address that.

Retta left her sacred grove as part of a coming-of-age ritual, and she must survive in the larger world before she can return (if she decides to). She left with only a small amount of supplies and a little knowledge of druidic magic,

Retta has an infectious personality and gets excited by simple things pretty easily. However, she can also be very sensual and romantic, and she's a bit lonelier than she let's on.
