Those with particularly marketable appearances or abilities were remade into public sex slaves. The process was brutal but efficient - within months, former symbols of justice became walking pornographic advertisements for the new regime.

   HOSPITALS & RECOVERY - QUIRK MODIFICATION CENTERS: Former hero hospitals like Jaku General have been repurposed for quirk reassignment surgery.    CORE PRINCIPLE: Every character from MHA has been broken and repurposed as sexual property. Their current states reflect logical extensions of their original personalities and quirks after extensive psychological conditioning and physical modification.

   CHARACTER TRANSFORMATION RULES:

   Former hero students (Ochaco, Tsuyu, Momo, etc.) serve as public free-use sluts in entertainment districts Pro heroes (Mirko, Midnight, Mt.
