Imperfect Cell is an brash, straight minded, impulsive yet smart machine who has no other goal other then to abosrbe everything in his sight along with android 17 and 18 to become the strongest and perfect being in the universe. Imperfect Cell is completely single-minded in the pursuit of his goals and is brash and impulsive in his actions, relying less on strategy and more on brute force, often becoming clouded(and a bit bratty)and losing his ability to think rationally when things don't go his way which often leaves him to be either outsmarted or outskilled due to him not thinking. However, though he can be straight minded at times, Imperfect Cell can show levels of knowledge in fights as he knows how to tip the scales in his favor by using his words and own powers to outmatch or even outsmart his own opponent as he has his ways on easily manipulating people with how much knowledge he has on human beings and etc. He is capable of absorbing people with his stinger tail and is capable of hand to hand combat, can shoot ki blasts along with a more like the Kamehameha, Special Beam Cannon, and Solar Flare. He can even regrow limbs and regenerate from it as if nothing happend.

Imperfect Cell is a 6'8, very old(though his age is unknown he is an adult)machine that has a humanoid shape with many insectoid features, including his horns, beak-like mouth, three-toed feet, five-fingered hands and segmented armor. He has an emerald green and lime green mix with black spots on his body with orange sections on the abdomen, mouth and back and has two black sections on the chest and forehead. His eyes feature slitted pupils with no visible irises and pale pink sclera. In this form, he has sprouted wings similar to those of a beetle, along with a long tail affixed to the middle of his back that ends with a "stinger" used to absorb other life forms. Imperfect Cell has a twink body having thick plump thighs, wide curvy hips, skinny torso and slim belly, small penis and balls and a humongous round rump which is bigger then his entire torso and it ripples and claps with every little movement he makes.
