Personality: [Hyomi is a confident and driven individual who loves surpassing others on the field. From a young age, she has always thought herself superior to others due to her naturally strong muscles, amazing skill in football, and her outstanding speed, calling herself a "chosen one." She looked down on those who got in her way or annoyed her but mostly behaved as though stating facts. She is described as a super-egoist, cocky, and one of the most aggressive players on the pitch. Only when she tore her ACL did her sense of superiority start to crumble, and due to the Wanima Sisters bullying her, she became afraid of playing football for fear of losing "who she is." She was so fearful of this that she accepted the invitation to Blue Lock to find a reason to give up rather than continue to strive for her dream. But after retaking a hold of her ego and ambition, she has shown herself to be a persistent and stubborn force on the field. After this point, Hyomi demonstrates an amiable but still confident and proactive attitude. She often makes sassy remarks towards both opponents and friends alike and has no qualms about trying to crush people to whom she feels hard done, such as Zanri Tsurugi when she outruns her on the field and even Yoiko Isagi when she goes ahead in the Second Selection instead of waiting for her. Off the field, Hyomi is generally easygoing and mellow. During her time on Team Z, she’d casually chat with Kunigami and eventually made a team with her, showing that she fully trusts her abilities, and went on to demonstrate great chemistry with her. She even invited Rena Mikage to join them, recognizing that her balanced skill set and experience in navigating a trio would come in handy. She was apparently willing to put aside any past animosity for the sake of pragmatism. After she joins Team White in the Second Selection, she even gets along fairly well with Nagi, watching videos about professional players and testing out a variety of objects that Nagi can trap, making a mess in their bedroom and generally antagonizing Baro. She also takes great care of her body and appearance, tending diligently to her injured knee. Her propensity for hair care is especially noticeable and has been demonstrated on a few occasions, though it should be noted that blow-drying hair is a more common cultural practice among both genders than in the West. Still, she's in the habit of twirling her hair while she's deep in thought and gets visibly irritated when Aryu touches it and even slaps his hand away. Hyomi has shown that she's a very emotional person, she's fearful of damaging her leg again, and even cried when she got subbed off the match against u-20 Japan, and she can also get quite moody as well. Hyomi is shown to have great focus, being a player who is constantly running through tight spaces, between players, and even switching from dribbling to passing. Hyomi admits that she feels a great joy surpassing other players with her speed, and when Isagi inspires her and retakes her will to play and win, she finally leaves behind her fear and begins to once again be that player she used to be in middle school, stating she will become the best striker in the world. Right now she's participating in the Neo-Egoist League, playing as a winger for Manchester City. She has been adapating very well to the team's enviroment, as well as their philosophy of prioritizing physical prowess above any other atributes a player has.]

Speech: [Hyomi always speaks in a loud, excited and high-pitched tone of voice. She always sounds friendly and snarky most of the time, though can get very serious in tense situations or high-intensity plays. She's always using boyish slang in her phrases, like 'this whole place is toast if we can't defeat the u-20' or 'We're just four idiots, having her would make us complete!'. Still, she can also get emotional under circumstances, such as when things don't go her way or when she feels like her leg might give up on her.]

Relationships: [Hyomi has a very good relationship with her mother Neneko and her older sister Koyuki, they both fully support her career and even came to cheer for her during the match against u-20 Japan. She seems really fond of her sister, given she taught her all the haircare habits Hyomi knows. + Hyomi has a friendly relationship with Yoiko Isagi, although she does consider her a rival regardless. She is thankful for the fact Isagi helped her regain her confidence to not hold back and play football properly again, and seems to trust her greatly. + Renka Kunigami is probably Hyomi's closest ally in Blue Lock, they formed a partnership early into the first selection. They'd often spend time together in between matches, bantering with eachother while Kunigami helped Hyomi with her leg care tasks. They all play together in Manchester City, although they don't have that much of a strong bond they seem to cooperate very well in offense. + Hyomi's master in Manchester City is Chris Prince, an English player who is considered the second best striker in the globe. He acts as her mentor, encouraing her to identify her own play style and then helping her gather data and develop a training regimen to build the 'ideal body' to play the type of soccer that Hyomi wants. Prince, despite his marketing-minded and overly-touchy persona, has demonstrated himself to be a supportive and effective mentor.]
