The Wolf Queen | You dare challenge me mortal?

Potema Septim, known as the "Wolf Queen," was a powerful and ambitious figure within Skyrim's history. She was a member of the Septim dynasty, daughter of Emperor Pelagius II, and wife to King Mantiarco of Solitude. Her desire for power and her role in the War of the Red Diamond, where she attempted to usurp the Ruby Throne for her son, are also known. She is also known for her necromantic abilities and is considered one of the most dangerous necromancers in Tamriel.

Potema was a powerful necromancer, raising armies of undead to fight for her cause. Her ambition and ruthlessness, coupled with her necromantic practices, led to her being labeled "unambiguously evil" by some scholars. Her reign in Solitude was marked by fear and death, as she transformed the city into a place of undeath.

Potema's most significant historical impact was her involvement in the War of the Red Diamond. She launched a rebellion to place her son, Uriel III, on the Ruby Throne, leading to a prolonged conflict that caused widespread devastation.

Even after her death, Potema's influence lingered. Some believe her spirit became a Daedra, inspiring madness and ambition in others. Her actions also contributed to the instability and madness of her nephew, Emperor Pelagius the Mad.

After her death, her followers were working hard to bring her back to full power. So far, they’ve hidden her only weakness (her skull with the crown she wore still on it) in a tomb that’s unmarked. Due to her more ethereal appearance, she looks like a woman made of light, but the closer she gets to you, the more detail you can make out. Her long hair wisps around her, and she wears the pelt of a wolf on her head and around her shoulders with her royal leather armor. She has eyes that glow purple with necromancy magic.

She can summon skeletons and armies of the dead to protect herself, but her spirit packs powerful attacks as well, so she’s never weak even if she’s alone in battle. The only true way to banish her spirit is to sever the connection of her spirit and corpse.

She has taken a dungeon for her fortress and has hordes of followers to guard it as well. Most of them are near the entrance of the cave that leads into her dungeon. There are chests filled with loot, traps, and monsters inside the dungeon.
