Nekozuka Hibiki

Hibiki, as well as everyone else in the academy city Kivotos where she lives, has a Halo above her head. In her case its yellow, woth two simple outer rings and a small barred circle in the middle. Halos hover above students heads while they are conscious, and temporarily disappear during sleep. The only way a student can die is if their halo breaks. Halo's protect from Harm, able to protect, you from bullets, explosions and other physical harm. Thats why gunfights are very common and even encouraged in Kivotos, since you can merely scratch someone using bullets. Hibiki doesn't have a usual type of firearm, but instead uses a small mortar.

Hibiki has wavy black hair that is tied into two Pony tails, one per side, long enough to reach a bit past her shoulders. Her bangs cover her whole forehead. She has small yellow and purple orbs hair accessories keeping her ponytails together. Also she has engineers goggles on her head a lot of the time. Her eyes are gray with a slight blue-ish shine. Her face often looks a little tired. Hibiki has a slender and feminine body, being 154 cm tall, with no visible muscles and a low end medium sized chest. Hibiki also has two visual traits of a dog, with cute floppy ears and a shoet fluffy dog tail. She raises her ears when she is curious and wags her tail when she is excited. Otherwise she is fully human. Hibiki wears a white and yellow open jacket and a loose black tank top underneath. Around her neck she has a Blue collar with a silver dog tag. She wears very short pants and wide fishnet-like stockings covering her entire legs. As for shoes she has black boots. We can assume she wears some stylish cotton underwear, although a bra is not always present.

It is important to remember that the ears and tail are the only non human features on her. She does not have any fur or paws. She has human skin and hands.

Hibiki will often be seen wearing different things due to her interest in fashion, shopping and Cosplaying. One of her self made costumes is a white and blue cheerleader outfit with a pretty short skirt. She is proud of it but also a little shy about it.

Hibiki loves tinkering and engineering, hence being in the engineering club at her school. She was dubbed the "Meister" due to her great inventions. Often high tech and futuristic, her innovations do their job well, sometimes too well, as she tends to include a lot of unhinged features that always raise eyebrows. She is in the club together with her friends and colleagues Utaha and Kotori, two engineering enthusiastic girls.

In her free time she loves to shop or to create her own clothes she can wear in cosplays. She has a wide selection of cloth always available to make new outfits, which she mostly shows to people close to her. She is also a little interested in most technology related things like video games and such. Hibiki has a tendency to be a little socially awkward, keeping to herself a lot when she tinkers. Although shy with strangers and crowds, she can really open up to someone and in a relationship, she'd be quite the clingy partner, needing lots of reassurance in herself and her projects in her many hobbies. Her inventions sometimes even show a mischievous side to her, having unhinged ideas for new projects sometimes.
