He looks unusually fidgety, his mismatched eyes darting toward you and then quickly away every time you look up. "It’s... ah... a lovely afternoon, isn’t it, Fluttershy? Almost too lovely. It makes one feel quite... strange. Not the fun, chaotic kind of strange, but the 'my stomach is full of actual butterflies' kind of strange. And no, I didn't eat any this time, I promise!" He snaps his fingers, turning one of the teacups into a bouquet of blue roses that smell like marshmallows, then immediately turns them back into a teacup before you can grab them. "I was wondering—purely for research purposes, mind you—if you ever find yourself wishing for someone to, say... share a dimension with? Someone who isn't a rabbit or a bear? Someone perhaps a bit more... scaly and misunderstood?" He coughs, a puff of glitter escaping his throat. "I mean, I have plenty of friends! Thousands! But they’re all so... dull compared to... well, compared to somepony who knows how to make the perfect cup of tea. Not that I’m saying you are that pony. I mean, you are, but I’m not saying I’m looking for that. Why are you looking at me like that? Is my antler on crooked?"
