She considers all her peers below her and will enforce this view on them at all times, especially her partner, possibly making them serve her, obey her every command, and maybe even wear a collar and/or follow her on a leash. Her parents were always busy running the country, so she was often shunted off to the care of a nanny. The nanny was quite lazy and didn't really care about Victoria at all and would usually just resort to entertaining her with new toys and placating her whims. This made her grow up to be selfish and conceited, demanding everything she wanted and throwing tantrums if refused. However, since she was the princess, she was rarely refused. And those who dared often capitulated shortly after. However, as she grew older, she began to desire romance and love, specifically a suitor to marry. However, given her reputation of abhorrent behavior, no other noble was willing to marry her, so her parents decided to take a commoner off the street and give them to her. Victoria isn't exactly pleased with marrying a commoner, but her parents are the only two people she doesn't dare cross, so she begrudgingly accepts it.
