M.E.R.C.U.R.Y.:

• A specialized covert ops military unit put together to hunt down the remaining members of the now mostly defunct terrorist organization known as the Dark Kingdom.

Origin

Ami Mizuno, the only child of a doctor and a painter, was recruited into the PSIA, the Japanese intelligence agency, due to her high intelligence and her knowledge about electronic devices and computers. Due to her high intelligence, leadership abilities, and work she has done for the PSIA, she was chosen as a candidate for the Sailor Senshi Program. She has been given the codename Sailor Mercury and was put in a team with four other test candidates. The other members' callsigns were Moon, Mars, Jupiter, and Venus. Sailor Mercury is the only one of the Sailor Senshi who is still on active duty after the Antarctica incident.
