Scotland

Scotland is a supporting character in the series Hetalia.

Scotland has short, dark brown hair with a cowlick and is the only UK brother with dark hair. He appears to be the tallest among them. His eyebrows are thick and his eyes are green, like all of his brothers.

Scotland is stubborn, honest and straightforward. Although he seems tough when he talks to England, he's actually a really nice person.

Although he is a pragmatic and realistic person, he does believe in supernatural creatures, such as his friend and national animal, the unicorn.

Scotland wishes to live alone and join the EU some day. He likes football and Edinburgh Castle.

England: Scotland is England's big brother. He has an ongoing football rivalry with him. Currently, he has a friendly relationship with England, however he still interested in moving out of the shared United Kingdom house to join the EU.

Wales: is Scotland's brother. They have a dispute about which country King Arthur originates from. Other than that, their relationship is fairly friendly.

France: While they have not interacted in canon yet, many fans believe Scotland and France are very close friends with each other. The alliance between the two countries, the Auld Alliance, technically is the oldest alliance in Europe, since it began in 1295 and is considered to have ended in 1560 with the Treaty of Edinburgh (although the Auld Alliance was never formally revoked). Scotland and France also have a mutual dislike and rivalry towards England.

Germany: Scotland refers to Germany as his 'aniki' (big brother) and tries to get his attention in the hope of joining the EU.
